This freshly renovated, non-smoking apartment, measuring just under 30 m², is located on the ground floor of the Seehütte building, right on the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the ahoi water park, and is accessible via a passenger lift.
Both the living room and the glass-enclosed loggia offer a beautiful side view of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. A small entryway with a built-in closet leads you to the bathroom with a bathtub as well as the living-bedroom, which features high-quality furnishings. The small, custom-built kitchen features, among other things, a small ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
In addition, the living/sleeping area offers a fold-out crosswise bed for one person. It is equipped with a spine-friendly mattress (90x200 cm) and a mattress topper. The high-quality sofa with spring core upholstery can also be converted into a crosswise bed. It unfolds in just two simple steps, providing a sleeping surface measuring 155 x 200 cm. Mattress toppers are also provided for this bed. Thanks to its well-thought-out layout, this apartment offers enough space for one or two people, depending on your needs.
For solo travellers, the pull-out bed is made up at no extra charge, and towels are provided. For each additional person, bed linens and towels can be rented for a one-time fee of €20.00. Wi-Fi is now available as well.
You can conveniently park your car in the parking space belonging to the apartment in the courtyard in front of the entrance.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

This holiday rental features a glassed-in balcony facing west, from which you can enjoy a side view of the North Sea.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.—please return the key to the rental office or via the communal postbox.
