Delray Beach Guest House Newly Updated! Walk to beach/ Atlantic Ave.

Enjoy your stay in our updated Guesthouse, which is both minutes from the beach and downtowns Atlantic Ave. This location is close enough to the action but also located in a quiet neighborhood where you and your family/friends can enjoy a private setting.

The Guesthouse, which is behind the main house, has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has a sofa bed with a queen-size automatic blow-up mattress for added comfort if needed. This room also serves as a small office space. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, 1 full bath, and a private enclosed patio space for you to enjoy the outdoors separated from the main house, which comes with outdoor seating and a grilling station( Propane fill and or refill will be tenant responsibility)

There are window A.C units throughout the home and an electric fireplace in the living room

Smart TV with Fire Stick and internet are available.

The best spring breaks trip!

My friends and I stayed at this guest house for spring break it was awesome. The pictures do not do this house justice. There was so much room for us and we had 6 guest. The host was a very good communicator, the house was clean and in a great location to get to the beach, and the check in/out process was so simple.

great location for downtown/tennis access

Spacious updated guesthouse, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Also has a nice private patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. It was close enough to the tennis center we decided to walk and enjoy the neighborhoods and downtown community. Would definitely stay here again..

I had come to Delray for business and to explore the area over the weekend with a group of 3 friends. The space was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend this if you want to be near the downtown and beach.

This newly remodeled guesthouse exceeded our expectations when we arrived because it offered more privacy than expected and was so clean and attractively furnished. The host Ibrahim was prompt and supportive with every question and problem that he could control. Unfortunately for us the house HVAC ceased working during a very cold spell. The space heaters that were provided did help, but we couldn’t give the property an excellent rating because our enjoyment of our vacation was negatively impacted due to the heating issue.
