About this property

This beautiful vacation home is located a few kilometers from Urbino, in a hilly area surrounded by meadows and woods, which offers wonderful views everywhere and whose climate remains pleasant even in the hot summer months. The house develops on two levels: on the first floor you will find a spacious living room, a kitchen and a guest toilet, and on the floor above, the three bedrooms with bathroom. Outside, the beautiful covered veranda invites you to take your meals outdoors and end the vacation day with a good glass of wine after an eventful day trip. Some excursion tips: the wonderful, ancient city of Urbino, which is part of the World Heritage Site due to its architecture and cultural history, is only 8 km away, whereas the Adriatic coast with its beautiful, extensive sandy beaches near Pesaro and Fano, which is ideal especially for families with children, is only about 36 km away.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end August.

Lovely property, but in need of maintenance and attention. Well equipped for young children.

The property had several aspects in the kitchen and lounge that needed repair/ a more thorough clean before new guests arrived. It appears the pictures on the website were taken several years ago and although the upstairs appears to be in good condition, the downstairs needs attention. The contact with the owners was excellent, they did all they could to try to sort the issues we had with both the resetting of the tripped electric and the issue with a shower drain which had a strong smell of sewage coming up into the bedroom and shower room. This problem was unable to be resolved during our stay and we hope it is properly corrected before other guests arrive. It was well equipped property and appeared safe for families and everything you need for young children, however the table tennis table is not there and neither is the football net (if that is important to your family). It is located in a very rural location and took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive from Rimini. We hope this review is of help.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Maison de caractère et charmante !Très bien équipée et agréable. Les + : moustiquaires dans chaque chambre, bonne literie, chambre avec sdb privée, volets extérieurs, équipement de la cuisine, la piscine et ses équipements, jeux. Les - : produit dans la piscine qui colore les cheveux blonds en vert et décolore les vêtements. Erreur sur l'annonce : la 4ème chambre est interdite d'accès donc c'est 3 chambres doubles + un canapé lit.
