My family and I only got to stay here one night, but we enjoyed our stay. There were seven of us and this house offered us comfort and space. The inside is very nice and clean and there is a beautiful backyard space. The neighborhood is close to several things. It's also quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again.
Property is conveniently located at the heart of Sedona. Very quiet and perfect for family retreat. The house is wonderful by the way. We surely comeback for a future stay.
This house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, in a quiet area, well located, and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. Both of our cars fit in the garage. Our host, Haley responded quickly to a couple emails we sent. We highly recommend it.
Absolute Perfection.I cannot possibly say enough good things about this property. The layout, the cleanliness and the decorating was beyond wonderful. The outdoor space was great - each and every member of our traveling party spent time there and enjoyed it immensely. The best part was the location! While we all felt like we were in a spa setting inside and out, we were literally less than 5 minutes from restaurants, hiking and attractions. There were 6 in our traveing party and every on rated this as the BEST lodging we had for the entire trip. We would all insist on staying here when in the Sedona area even if we didn't need all of the space next time. Thanks to the owners for a perfect visit.
This home in Sedona was thoughtfully designed with plenty of space. We had easy access to hiking , restaurants, and shopping! Our host responded quickly and easily! What great memories we made in this lovely comfortable home! I look forward to coming back!!!
Great location with comfy indoor and outdoor living space. Lots of extras—coffee, toiletries, etc—for travelers. We would stay here again!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
House was in a convenient location feww blocks from main Sedona highway, 10 minute drive from Whole Foods and walk to Sugarloaf hiking trails and a big park. House was roomy and adequate, but had some deferred cleaning and maintenance: carpets were dirty, fabric ottoman in living room was badly stained. Very basic dishes and kitchen utensils. Back patio and outdoor furniture could have used a wswerp and wipe. House doesn’t have a view, but is in a quiet neighborhood and has private backyard. We reserved only 2 weeks ahead and only needed 2 nights so our choices were limited.
My daughters, their families, and I enjoyed a lovely night at this modern well decorated home. We used the gas grill, ate under the gazebo, and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. My 9 and 6 year old granddaughters like the room with two twin beds, so they could have their own space.
Great location! The house was immaculate and updated large rooms. Great family gathering house. My 19 month grandson had a blast because it was an open concept house so it was easy for us to keep an eye on him at all times!! I would come back and stay here again!! Totally recommend!
Great accommodations in a perfect location! Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, several local trails and a quick 10 min drive to downtown Sedona! Great backyard for my 3 young boys to run around in a well! Would highly recommend to anyone! We will be back!

About the host
Hosted by Haley Davis
I was raised in the Mountains of Utah, attended school by the beaches of Hawaii and Southern California, and have called the desert landscape of Arizona home for eight years. I have a Master degree in Social Work, a yoga teacher certification, and a big heart for travel. My husband and I are raising two toddler boys in the Phoenix valley and love renting homes to guests in some of our favorite places in Arizona... Scottsdale, Flagstaff, and Sedona! Each city has it's own unique charm and we're happy to provide the best experience for travelers! As a fellow traveler, I know how important it is to come back from a day of exploring to a place that's safe, clean, comfortable, and has a touch of the city's character. Whatever reason brings you to Arizona, I would love to have you stay!
Why they chose this property
This home is situated in one of the best parts of Sedona. Entertainment, shopping, dining, parks, pools, sport courts and mountains are all with ONE MILE of this home, yet it's not in the overcrowded tourist trap area of downtown Sedona. Unbeatable red rock mountains surround the neighborhood. This home is especially unique because it has two suite bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. The home has a large gathering room with floor to ceiling cathedral windows and has been furnished and decorated with modern Southwest charm and style. You'll enjoy the Southwest landscape photos on the walls and the locally made metal art. Every bedroom has it's on sliding door to the outdoors where you'll be greeted by lush, private landscaping. The home is spacious and a perfect retreat.
