It has a bedroom with double bed and living room with additional sofa bed. The kitchenette has a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and 2 ceramic hobs. The rooms can be darkened with exterior blinds. Free Wi-Fi is available as well as a parking space. The beach as well as the Thalassokur- and Wellnesszentrum with Meerwasserbrandungsbad can be reached in a few minutes. Ferienwohnung klein aber durchaus komfortabel: plus: - Küche neuwertig mit Spülmaschine - Kühlschrank mit sehr praktischen Stellmöglichkeiten - Schlafzimmer kühl - Nordlage - - Bad renoviert - praktische Garderobe - Rollläden minus: - kleiner Balkon mit Brüstungstisch - kleiner Fernseher - Sitzgelegenheit zu weit entfernt für diese Größe - Beleuchtung Wohnzimmerschrank nicht funktionsfähig - nur 2 Kochstellen - kein Backofen - Wasserhahn Küche minderwertig - zu große Glaskuppel Lampe Esstisch - Stoßgefahr - - Plissees Essecke verbraucht - rutschige Platzsets - Bedienung Mischbatterie Dusche ungewöhnlich mit Geräuschen - Duschkopf minderwertig - Eingangstür wird vom Service manchmal stundenlang offen gelassen - Einbruchgefahr Sehr positiv: Die erste Ferienwohnung in Cuxhaven, wo kein Zigarettenrauch vernehmbar war!!!

Zentrale Lage

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Ruhig gelegen in einer Einbahnstraße. Praktische Einrichtung, es fehlte an nichts. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem sehr nah an Restaurants und Geschäfte. Dehnen ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.👌

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns in Cuxhaven sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist vom Grundriss her ok, die Couch und der Sessel riechen sehr muffig, auch das Bettzeug, es sollte aus hygienischen Gründen unbedingt erneuert werden.
