From 01. 05. 2019 we are building the neighboring property. As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out.

The comfortably furnished 40 m² Non smoking rental with 1 bedroom with double bed, living / sleeping area with sofa bed and cable TV, kitchen with 4-ceramic hob, oven and shower / WC / equipped. The dining area is located in a recess which small south west facing balcony invites you to relax. Your car can be set directly at the house on the reserved parking for you.

Eine schöne Wohnung.Nicht weit zum Schwimmbad oder zum Strand, zentral gelegen.Ein Bäcker ist in der Nähe.Das Haus befindet sich in einer "Sackgasse".Diese Wohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Der Fahrrad Keller war da. Aber das hinein bringen der Fahrräder,gestaltete sich schwierig mit der Treppe . Genauso wie das heraus bekommen der Fahrräder, wir mussten, das immmer zu zweit durchführen.

Das Treppenhaus war offensichtlich durch einen Vormieter sehr verschmutzt worden und ist während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt worden.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Alles war zu unseren Zufriedenheit. Eine Kleinigkeit ist leidere nicht so schön. Der Fahrradkeller ist eng und es geht nur eine steile Treppe hinab was das unterstellen der Fahrräder schwierig macht. Wir hatten dann die E-Bikes auf dem Fahradanhänger angeschlossen da auch kein passender bzw. dafür ausreichender Fahrradständer vor Ort war.

Cuxhaven-Duhnen... immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Das Objekt war genau richtig ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts zum täglichen Gebrauch. Der Fußweg vom Objekt zum Zentrum/Strand dauerte nur einige Minuten.
