Directly across the street from the beach. Enjoy fantastic views of the Intracoastal waterway from all rooms or balcony.

Located on the 5th floor out of 6. Private balcony makes this unit unique. Two full baths make getting ready for a night out a snap. Condo comes equipped with a complete kitchen, with full-size refrigerator, granite kitchen counter-tops, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and silverware. Each suite also features a full-size washer and dryer, a furnished balcony, two flat screen televisions with cable TV and free wifi.

The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (two twins). There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This condo offers a picturesque view of the Intracoastal Waterways and the Marina. About a 30 minute drive from the Tampa Airport. Beach is only steps away. Walking distance to Johns Pass Boardwalk.

Great place to stay

We stayed at this condo for 2 nights. It was perfect for me, my brother & sister (who were visiting from up north). Walking distance to John's Pass and the beach, which was a definite plus for us. The view off the balcony was gorgeous looking out amongst all the boats that were docked. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Great place

We rent the same unit and have been staying here for last 3 Years. The unit is gray and the view from the balcony is amazing. The beach is across the street and it’s a 5 minute walk to Johns Pass. We will be back again. Love it here.

What a wonderful visit to Madeira Beach! In spite of a cold front - we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in was super easy. The apartment was as advertised. The bed was very, very comfortable, the apartment was clean, plenty of towels and the kitchen well equipped. It was very quiet. TVs worked great and the internet was easy to connect to. Great location - wish the weather was warmer!

Great location, cute condo! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the mattresses were uncomfortable. I am not sure how old they are but it may be time to buy new mattresses or add some padding.

Good stay

Everything was mostly as expected. Only complaint(s) I would have: mattresses need to be replaced. King mattress was end of life - broken down almost completely on one side. Girls complained about comfort of mattresses on bunk beds as well. Cleanliness of condo was acceptable, but could use a deep cleaning on baseboards, doors, walls and floors. Otherwise, great location and we had a wonderful time.

Simply beautiful setting!

My husband and I spent a few days in this wonderful condo escaping the cold in No. Kentucky. The view from the balcony of the bay and the boats in the harbor was spectacular. (I even got to see a couple of dolphins playing among the boats one day!) It was a great place to relax, watch the sunrise, read, and watch the boats come and go. The location was perfect, with beach access right across the street (amazing sunsets!) and an easy walk to John's Pier with all the shopping, bars and restaurants. But the restaurant right next door to the condo (Mad Beach Fish House) was our favorite. The king bed was so comfortable, we both slept like babies! It was also nice that someone was always at the front desk to answer questions or get recommendations. If you want a great spot on a beautiful beach with a glorious view of the bay, this is it!

I'll start with the location which is fantastic! Close to Johns Pass, great dining, water sports, shops and across the street from the beach. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and a small ice chest which was a nice touch. Washer, dryer and 2 full baths. Unfortunately there were many things that were a disappointment. I am a professional vacation rental host and I pay attention to detail. First, the lobby is not easy to find. The staff was friendly BUT when I went into the office for someone to help me, there were photo copies of other guest drivers license and credit cards in plain view. The staff member left me alone in the office and I could have easily taken photos of other guest information. The hallways smelled awful. Not clean, stained carpets, no decor on the walls. Super dated. Upon entering our condo, I was pleasantly surprised with the layout. It sleeps 5/6 with a bunk bed, king bed and a sleeper sofa, yet a family can not sit for a meal. There was a small table with two chairs and 2 bar stools. All old mattress and very uncomfortable. You sank when you sat on the sofa. The kitchen was relatively clean but no dish soap or laundry packets of any kind. Dirt, sand and food under the couches, which we moved slightly for more room. Moldy shower curtains. The AC worked great. All in all, the pricing does not reflect the accommodations. Should be much less expensive.

A Picture Is Not Worth a Thousand Words

We would NOT recommend you rent this unit. While the resort is well located and the front desk staff is friendly & helpful, this unit is not a “home away from home”. The owner of this unit could not have cheaped this place any more than she did. Our first week was ruined by having to get delayed maintenance done: broken down mattress that caused me excruciating pain; broken light/fan fixture; busted thermostat, lack of kitchen utensils, couldn’t even provide a box of tissues, etc. – things that should have been attended to before we arrived. Instead, management’s approach is to wait for complaints. That means the renter must suffer and use up precious vacation time to make it right. There are still other problems that need fixing that we didn’t complain about. We didn’t come here to help this owner make her condo right. We will never rent this unit again and may never stay here again hearing from other renters. They had similar complaints as we (worn out mattresses, poor lighting, sofas with cushions that are past their prime) and felt helpless to do anything but suffer. This is management’s fault because they aren’t checking units effectively, just waiting for complaints. Do not let the pictures you see fool you into thinking this unit is spacious. The pictures were taken with a fish-eye lens, distorting the truth. VRBO word count limits what else you should know. I’m sorry.

Basic but clean

The second bedroom is tiny. Nothing upscale in this place. Balcony small but view is very nice. Master bedroom quite nice but mattress not too comfortable.
