Los Osos One of a Kind Home

Summary:

Kick your feet up and relax at this one of a kind home. Located at the end of a quiet road, this home features 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, large back yard, two car garage, smart TV and fast wifi!

Kitchen is spacious and provides all you could need for preparing a meal.

Located upstairs is the master bedroom and bath with a large closet, comfortable bathtub and stand up shower. Located downstairs is two bedrooms and a full bath.



The Space:

A laundry area is also provided off the kitchen and living room. Dumbwaiter is not available at this time. Fire place is strictly for decor and does not operate. Charcoal BBQ provided. . Access to the two single slot garages as well.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Super quiet neighborhood. Within a short walk to some popular resturants like Sylvesters and La Casita.



Other Things to Note:

The tv is a smart TV so you will use your own log ins to watch HULU, Netflix etc. This home does not provide cable TV.

Pleasant Home in Los Osos

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It's roomy and comfortable. The views of Morro Rock, the surrounding countryside, and sunset skies are outstanding.

Special Winter

We loved our stay in this special house with its is a wonderful host great views and spacious rooms. Sheri is a wonderful host and responds quickly to any inquiries. We are looking forward to coming back next winter.

This is an excellent value for the Los Osos area, the house is well located and very spacious! The upstairs (main) bedroom is comfortable with an attached bathroom that has a great walk-in closet and separate shower and tub. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are a little dark and cool. The living/dining area is very big with nice views. Much of the decor is quite dated, but this can be charming in its own way :-)

1970's feel, but great house!

This is a spacious house with lovely views in a very convenient location. In a charming way, it's like being brought back 50 years in time. But that said, the decor is quite dated throughout the whole house, with furniture of varying comfort and a microwave that sorta kinda heats things up, but on its own timeline ;-) It's a good value for the price, though.
