For many years, we provided pool heating at no additional charge. However, due to the rising costs of propane and utilities, we have unfortunately had to begin charging a fee to help cover those expenses. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. This is a very nice comfortable upscaled home in a not so upscale neighborhood. The warning signs, stating “not responsible if personal items are stolen”, didn’t help. We felt a bit uneasy worrying our car would get stolen. Beautiful pool.
