From the moment we walked in we were pleased about everything. There was plenty of space, the pool was awesome and the kitchen allowed us to feel relaxed. We cooked, played games, swam and ate good food. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience easy.The only issue we experienced was that the primary bedroom stayed extremely warm. Even with the ceiling fan running, the room never seemed to cool down. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a marvelous host!! We had some difficulties when we checked in with the cooling system to no fault of the owner. When we contacted them, the response and resolution were spot on and quick! We also experienced a power outage while we were there (again, obvious no fault of the owner). They were on it - dropping off battery powered lantern and flashlight as well as keeping us informed on what the power company was doing. The pool and yard were a mess the morning after the storm. We went to the local aquarium for a few hours and when we returned - the yard was cleaned up and the pool had been professionally serviced. Cannot say enough about this attention to our comfort during our stay. The home was everything we needed for our group of 10, the pool was enjoyed, and the home was very comfortable - furnished well! Thanks for a great stay!!

Our host was responsive, friendly and receptive. The kitchen was very large and fairly well stocked. A few items were also in the pantry, which was a nice touch. Thete was a bottle of Lambrusco for our enjoyment. There was extra toilet paper in each bathroom. The refrigerator was large and spacious. Indoor and outdoor seating was very generous. The pool temperature was very nice! The decor was dark, and Gothic in appearance, so if you are looking for tropical or beachy, this is not for you. The driveway holds 4 cars at best. The outdoor areas and landscaping were neglected, as dead foliage and broken or missing ground solar lights were evident in both the front and back. The neighborhood, itself, was less safe appearing than I expected. The pool decking could use repainting. The pool was refreshing. We were preparing for a wedding, and the ironing board legs were broken. There were not enough washcloths, and several appeared to be cleaning rags. Not washcloths. I had specifically asked the host what type of cleaning the house underwent, as I have immunodeficiency issues. He assured me regarding disinfecting. Well, when many items were dusty, including the coffeemaker, I'd say if they were not even dusted, they certainly were not disinfected. The smaller bedroom has only shelves, no clothes rod. The beds, listed as "full" size in the listing, are twin beds. I won't return as it was disappointing. A little TLC and upkeep go a long way!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Tampa! The house was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. This is a very nice comfortable upscaled home in a not so upscale neighborhood. The warning signs, stating “not responsible if personal items are stolen”, didn’t help. We felt a bit uneasy worrying our car would get stolen. Beautiful pool.

Beautiful home! We would stay again! Location was key factor and this house was perfect! 25 minutes from Tampa Airport but with the comforts of a nice, quiet neighborhood! PLENTY of room for myself and 4 adult children! I booked what I think was last minute and Sandy was so accomodating; excellent communication & so kind to let us check in early! The home is cozy & has everything you need! Outside area was spacious and very entertaining with large TV and sitting areas! We loved the artwork throughout the home, Mr. Vazquez is so talented! My daughter said this house was her favorite during our stay in FL because the furniture and decorating made it feel so cozy just like being at home! This home accommodated our needs and more. The home was supplied sufficiently and was easy to navigate. The pool was clean and refreshing. My friends and I would be willing to stay here again if we ever travel back to Tampa.
