Large old house of 360M2 on 3000 m2 of garden with swimming pool, terrace, trampoline, slide... up to 12 people

(we accept up to 4 couples (8 adults maximum on 4 bedrooms) and accompanying children in dormitory mode; possible to have 2 cots for babies that can be installed in parents' rooms).
The accommodation
Our house is located in a quiet hamlet, without vis-à-vis in a very large garden with trees and surrounded by hedges with a gate closing the property.
The garden is not hermetically enclosed (a dog could find a way to go through the hedges) but we can consider for children that the property is closed.
We have a very large wooden terrace equipped for dining (table that can accommodate 12 people), relaxing (large parasol, sofa and armchairs in addition to those of the table, for 10 people).
There is also a large table with umbrella (for 10 people) near the pool.
The Swimming Pool of 9M *5M and 1.30m deep (not not diving head forward), was renovated in the summer of 2019 (new liner, new exotic wood terrace, telescopic shelter ensuring child safety), There is a heat pump that allows you to increase the temperature. There is a shower in the pool room and a changing area.
There are 7 sun loungers available.
For children there is a sandpit with toys, a slide, a badminton set, mini football cages, balls (football, rugby), a basketball hoop (and ball), a very large trampoline.
Also a ping-pong table, petanque balls and Molky (Finnish petanque...).
We can also leave our bikes available (1 adult "city" bike, 1 adult mountain bike, 3 teenage mountain bikes).
For idleness we also have 2 large hammocks (one on a wooden support that can be placed at your convenience in the garden) and the other to be fixed either in the house, or on the fixings already placed between 2 trees near the children's games.

The swimming pool being under shelter it is operational from May (depending on the outside temperature of course) to September (depending on the Indian summer or not).
In autumn and winter, the house has a stove and an insert which both allow you to take advantage of the option of the open fireplace. Wood is available under the stairs of the house.

Just as the crowing of the cockerel, the croaking of frogs, the cry of owls at night or the passage of tractors are inevitable, you can hear dogs barking (there is a kennel nearby); for those who imagine that the countryside is absolute silence, it is better to abstain!
Passenger access
The entire accommodation is accessible except for an annex and our dressing room.

Bedroom 5 is in the attic of the house (50M2; 2 velux windows with solar shutters; air conditioning). Moved in with a king size bed and in addition according to your needs or family composition, there is a sofa bed, an old roll bed for 2 small children or 1 person, and still possible in terms of space to have a double mattress on the floor, and more single mattresses (dormitory option for children for example).

Bedroom 2 is in the house, 1 Queen size bed with a window overlooking the front of the house.

Bedroom 1 is in the house, 1 king size bed with Tempur memory foam mattress and a window overlooking the front of the house and view of the pool.

Bedroom 4 is in the barn area (house and barn communicate to the meeting room and upstairs). A standard double bed. Velux window with roller shutter.

Bedroom 3 is in the barn area. 1 Queen size double bed in an alcove. Velux window overlooking the back of the house.

A laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, steam iron, ironing board.

A shower room with WC on the 1st floor house + a sink; the shower was renovated in 2020.
A bathroom with toilet on the 1st floor barn with bathtub / shower + a sink
a toilet on the ground floor.
There is also a shower in the pool room.

The dining room in case of bad weather or cold night can accommodate 10 people (possible to use another table as a possible complement which is towards the living room and which seats 6)

Equipped kitchen (American fridge with water/ice dispenser), small complementary fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, multifunction microwave, thermomix (food processor), large toaster, citrus press (electric), coffee makers (classic + Nespresso machine for pods).
Of course crockery and various accessories.

The living room is composed of a large corner sofa and a 3-seater sofa.
Equipped with a stove.
Large TV, with TNT channels + CANAL PLUS package + possible access to the NETFLIX, OCS, Prime Video, Disney + catalogue.
Nintendo WII U and various games including the must-have Mario Kart or Mario World.
DVD-Blu-ray player and access to our stock of DVDs
Free access computer with internet access (but not broadband, we're in the countryside...) and printer/scanner .

The library is accessible and it is possible to read our books during your stay (by replacing them after use) but Michel is a comic book collector and this collection is subject to a VERY strict use regulation: Michel is ayatolesque because even if some titles may interest children, the comics are either old and fragile, or new which must remain in perfect condition: a stain or a fold, and it's a guaranteed heart attack for Michel... (access for teenagers/adults but not children; respect for the pitches; never leave a comic book open; do not eat while reading; do not use if sun cream used just before or if swimming (salt water)... IN SHORT, a collection started 25 years ago, which respects itself.
there is also an insert with the possibility of having the fireplace open.
