A great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful condo. Well appointed and a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living and bedroom spaces with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the picturesque view. The pool was a wonderful place to relax. We look forward to spending time there again.

Wonderful and relaxing spot

This property was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked with what we needed. The staff at the building was very kind and helpful. The pool area was wonderful! Overall an amazing family holiday spot. Luanne was great to communicate with.

Fabulous time at Barlovento!

What a fantastic time we had at this beautiful condo in the beach pool building at Barlovento! The unit was modern, very clean, comfortable, and spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The 2 pools were great with no problem getting deck chairs. A small rocky beach in front was fun to explore the ocean at low tide. Walks to and from Bucerias, and towards La Cruz on separate days were good; best done at lower tide. Good food & live music at Sukha just south of complex on the beach. Went on boat trip to Marieta Islands from Nuevo; also taco food tour in Old PV -- both excellent! La Cruz Sunday market a must, otherwise a very quiet town! Our host Luanne was lovely and we were grateful for the extra few hours on check out day when our flight was rebooked 5 hours later. Security staff and other owners were great too! Hope to be back again someday :) Muchas Gracias!

Beautiful Property with Stunning Views

We really enjoyed staying here & I would recommend to anyone traveling to Bucerias. The condo was exactly how it was pictured - huge couch, huge dining room table & large table on the porch. We ate every meal on the porch so we could enjoy the beautiful views. Also loved that the kitchen had filtered water/ice. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, including an air fryer which was awesome to have. The grounds are very well taken care of and the pools are absolutely stunning. Everyone we interacted with who worked in the building were so nice. Huge shout out to Alex who not only helped us carry our luggage but was just overall one of the nicest people we met during our stay in Mexico. We took many day trips so the location was fabulous; just about 30 minutes to Sayulita, San Pancho & Punta Mita -- with lots of fresh coconut stands along the way! (Tip: there are definitely police looking for tourists right near the condo so always drive the 60km/hr speed limit, even if everyone else is zooming past you) I think some rules need to be clarified/updated as we were not aware we were not allowed to drink while in the pool (must keep drinks on the side of pool). There were a lot of families with kids but if we needed a break we went to the rooftop pool, which was generally empty and way more lowkey. Luann was an excellent host, so sweet and super communicative before & during our stay. Thank you for having us!

Un très beau condo

Nous venons de passer un séjour de cinq semaines dans ce merveilleux condo. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise. La décoration, l’ameublement de grande qualité, l’équipement de cuisine, le confort des lits, tout y était. À l’extérieur, les deux piscines étaient propres, bien chauffées et il y avait toujours des chaises libres. Les contacts avec la propriétaire et la gérante ont été excellents. Ce serait un plaisir d’y séjourner à nouveau.

Relaxing spot

A big condo with all the amenities. The balcony is awesome. Great lounge chair plus dining area. Beautiful view. You can actually see the whales from the balcony. The bed was super comfortable. There is filtered cold water and ice from the fridge. It’s out of town which is good for peace and quiet (seriously quiet in Mexico!), but too far to walk easily. The collectivo is the way to go and easy to flag down to go to Bucerias or La Cruz. Shower was decent but always went cold on me part way through, just wait and it gets hot again soon.
