The in September 2011 completed house is on a 900m2 large plot on the outskirts of Tenna in a quiet location with beautiful views to the south. The view extends to the rear Safiental and the opposite side of the valley and on the lower horn nearby. Tenna, with its wonderful intact nature A generous selection of the most beautiful hikes and ski tours. Also a small ski lift with a cozy restaurant is available - distance to the base station 1 Km. The three-storey house has ground floor a 2 5-room apartment with 55m2. The heat in the house is obtained with solar panels and output via underfloor heating. The Minergie-P house has a comfort ventilation. The apartment is realized in harmonious materials and colors. The patio led to a long stay with view to the valley's. The apartment has a shower room / WC. The apartment has a covered Parklplatz directly next to the house. Smoking in the building is prohibited. As in a regular residential house has everything you need, such as spices, pans, candles and so on available. If required, an additional room with private shower / WC can be rented in the house.
