Modern 4 **** apartment, 45 m², in dream position over the Lake Maggiore! Equipped with all the comforts of home located (for 2-3 people) with balcony in Orselina above Locarno in a quiet, traffic-free, sunny and unobstructed location with panoramic views.

The newly designed roof terrace with benches, umbrellas and sunbeds offers spectacular views. Make free use of WiFi, indoor pool with spa, gym, billiards, table tennis, table football. Sauna for a small fee. A lounge with fireplace, a bar and a large LED-TV creates a cozy atmosphere to linger and relax.

Een droomvakantie

Mooi ingerichte studio. Schitterend uitzicht op meer en omgeving. Een aanrader voor wie van rust en genieten houdt. We verbleven er 17 dagen... En komen zeker terug als we in de toekomst opnieuw voor deze streek kiezen. Pluspunt was zeker de lift, dus geen trappen, en het zwembad, ook weer met de lift te bereiken. Vriendelijk onthaal en het plaatsen van airco toen het te warm werd vergeten we niet snel.

2 Zimmer Wohnung für eine Familie mit Hund

Die Wohnung war für 3 Personen mit grossem Hund zu klein. Matratzen waren zu hart und aufgeklapptes Bett im kleinen Zimmer ungemütlich. Im grossen und ganzen war es zu teuer für das Ergebnis. Die Terrasse kann man nicht gut nutzen, es fehlen Sonnenschirme und Liegen.

Kleines aber feines Appartement in absoluter Traumlage

Die geschmackvoll möblierte Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (verfügt u.a. über ein modernes, großformatiges Flachbild-TV), wurde uns in perfekt gereinigtem Zustand übergeben und vermittelt ein großzügigeres Wohngefühl, als dies die reine Quadratmeterzahl erwarten lässt. Die Betten sind von hervorragender Qualität. Das absolute Sahnestück der Wohnung aber bildet der große, wettergeschützte und schön möblierte Balkon mit einer traumhaften Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Nicht zu vergessen die umsichtige, hilfsbereite Verwaltung durch Herrn Eugster und seine Partnerin. Ihnen haben wir u.a. einen Restaurant-Tipp zu verdanken, der an unserem letzten Urlaubsabend tatsächlich zu dem angekündigten "Erlebnis" wurde.

Orselina & Locarno 7/19

The property was exactly as shown in the listing. The view from our balcony of Lake Maggiore was spectacular. The apartment had plenty of space for us two. The bed was very comfortable, as were the other furnishing. Thank goodness for the fan, because it was extremely hot during our stay and there is no air conditioning. Peter was very accommodating and spoke very good English. In fact, he picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. This was very helpful because Orselina is on the mountainside above Locarno.

Schöne Tage am Lago Maggiore

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, obwohl wir etwas zu früh waren. Der Verwalter Herr Eugster ist sehr zuvorkommend, hat immer einen Rat - und wenn nicht telefoniert er bis er Infos hat. Die FeWo ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet; Bilder, dezente Möbel usw. und entsprach der Agentur-Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, herrlicher Blick über den See. Orselina liegt einiges höher als Locarno; falls man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, kann der Anstieg über Treppen beschwerlich sein. Deshalb: ein 7-Tages-Tickes in der Billeteria in Locarno kaufen und mit dem Bus bis zur Kirche hochfahren.

Das Haus ist ruhig und gepflegt. Herr Eugster ist immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt für die Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Vom Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über den See. In Laufnähe gibt es eine Bäckerei einen kleinen Gemischtwarenladen und die Standseilbahn nach Locarno.

Far beyond our expectations

We stayed at this Orselina property for three nights and we were very happy with everything. Wish we could have stayed for three weeks. The view was spectacular. Our apartment was beautiful, and Peter was helpful in every way. We weren't expecting it, but he picked us up at the train station, then returned us there when it was time to leave. I hope we can come back some day. We highly recommend this property.

Fünf wunderschöne Monate

Das Studium hat mich ins Tessin verschlagen. Für die Durchführung meiner Abschlussarbeit verbrachte ich 5 Monate im Tessin und in dieser Zeit habe ich in der Collina d'Oro gewohnt. Meinen Aufenthalt hier kann ich nur als hervorragend beschreiben. Das Appartement ist, wie angekündigt, komplett ausgestattet und luxuriös. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt sowie sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zudem befindet es sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Besonders begeistert war ich von dem Balkon und dem herrlichen Blick auf den Lago. Die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge sorgten nach längeren Arbeitstagen oder am Wochenende definitiv für Entspannung und Erholung. Die Betreuung der Residenza war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich in diesen 5 Monaten sehr wohl und wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Appartement kann ich für längere Aufenthalte nur weiterempfehlen! Aber auch für kürzere Aufenthalte ist die Residenza zu empfehlen. In dieser Zeit besuchten mich meine Eltern ein paar Tage und mieteten auch eine Wohnung. Sie waren genau so begeistert und fühlten sich genau so wohl wie ich! Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!

Traumurlaub am Lago Maggiore

Wir waren begeistert von dem Apartment. Erwarteten wir, wie angekündigt, ein Komfort-Apartment, überraschte uns ein absolutes LUXUS-apartment!! Äußerst geschmackvoll und elegant-modern eingerichtet. Neben der luxuriösen Ausstattung waren wir von dem Balkon begeistert.In wohltuender Ruhe konnten wir von dort den hervorragenden Blick auf den Lago Maggiore genießen. Von der gepflegten Ferienresidenz aus sind Wanderwege fußläufig erreichbar. Kurzum: dieses Feriendomizil ist nur weiter zu empfehlen!

einfach nur super

Noch viel schöner als erwartet, traumhafte Lage oberhalb des Lago M., sauberes, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Pool, Terasse ,Tischtennis etc., großzügige Ferienwohnung ( Nr. 19) mit Balkon, gehobene Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Betreuung . Die italienische Grenze ist nur wenige Kilometer,( ca 13km) entfernt zum Shoppen und Verweilen. Ansonsten viele Ausflug- und Wandermöglichkeiten. Absolut emfpehlenswert!

wundervolle Urlaubszeit

Prima Urlaub! Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Apartment war sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Landschaft ist einmalig. Der Blick vom Apartment auf den See und die Berge ist grandios. Schon morgens beim Frühstück ist man fasziniert, und auch an kühleren Abenden kann man noch lange draußen auf der windgeschützten Loggia-Terrasse sitzen bleiben. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, im Herbst wiederzukommen, um zu Wandern und auch das Hallenschwimmbad im Condominio mehr auszunutzen.

We love the Ticino region and are spending there our annual vacation since many years. We were always dreaming of our own holiday apartment at the Lage Maggiore lake. In summer of 2009 we finally found a suitable apartment on sale in the Holiday Residence Collina d´Oro. We completely rebuilt the apartment. Our efforts were acknowledged with a 4**** certificate of the Suisse Tourism Office. We now enjoy the apartment very much and share it with guests and friends who are dedicated to Ticino as much as we are.
