Beautiful, professionally decorated first floor condo in Falling Waters, Davis Boulevard, Naples, Florida.

This two bedroom, two bath (king-size bed in master), fully-equipped condo has a gorgeous dining and living room as well as a large eat-in kitchen and screened lanai (with outdoor kitchen) overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Two TV's (cable), a well equipped kitchen, all in a beautiful and quiet gated community. All new appliances along with a new (June 2021) 65" Sony 4K, UHD, Smart TV, and "Google TV"

Add to this an exceptionally large heated pool, club house, tennis courts, boccie ball area, and putting green and you have the perfect combination for a dream vacation come true. We are located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Airport.

Naples offers a year round haven for beachcombers, boaters, and sport fisherman alike. Some of South Florida's most highly acclaimed restaurants are in the neighborhood along with fine arts, culture, theater, galleries, symphony, and opera. Fifth Avenue, the heart of Naples, is just minutes away with fine dining and shopping in such stores as Saks Fifth Ave, Jacobson's, and others.

The Perfect Condo

My wife and I had a wonderful month in Bob's condo. It is perfectly appointed to provide everything you need. Very comfortable furnishings, beautiful master bedroom, bath, huge walk in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bob is the best host we've had in 8 years of doing this. Fantastic communication every step of the way! Highly recommend!

Vacation Paradise

AMAZING! If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this is it! This is a wonderful Condo. You can walk to the resort-style pool, are minutes from the beautiful Naples beaches and there is fine dining at every corner. This Condo has it all. If you are more of a stay at home type, the Condo has an enjoyable home-style feel with wonderful furnishings. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. The owners are delightful to work with and genuinely cared that we arrived safely and enjoyed our stay. You can't ask for more. We can't wait to return.

Great location, 15 minutes to the beach, spacious and nicely furnished condo, beautiful saltwater pool on resort property. The condo is equipped with everything a family would need including beach essentials like umbrellas, pool noodles etc. The additional outdoor kitchen is very convenient!

This is our second time staying at this VRBO listing in Naples, Florida. It is a very lovely condo; spacious, clean and well equipped. The grounds are well kept and pool area is superb! The location is not far from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were friendly, easy to contact and always replied to a query immediately. Definitely recommend staying here.

Falling Waters is a great place to stay compared to any of the other condo developments in the area. The pool is more like a resort than a community pool where we met many friendly people. The condo that we rented for the month of March was well kept, very clean and included many amenities. The location was only steps away from the pool and on the 1st floor which made it very nice also. It also had a outdoor kitchen that we used a couple of times a week. The only negative thing I could say about the month is that our stay there went by Too Quick! We will definitely return to Falling Waters in the future!!

The best condo in Falling Waters

This was our second time we stayed in Bob's beautiful condo. The condo is very clean and stocked with items such wax paper and spices that helps you avoid buying these items. There was a problem with the AC upon our arrival, there was an attempt to repair it but in the end a new unit was required. Bob and his team were very responsive and courteous and the new AC unit was installed and everything was great. The good news is that the AC will not be an issue for any renter in the future. The condo is one of the closest to the beautiful pool, less than a two minute walk. We totally enjoyed our month vacation. Bob the owner really added to our satisfaction because of his quick response and courteous mannerism. We will be returning in the near future. Bill & Sue Allison

Great place to stay!
