The Space:
Situated in one of the best locations in town, this condo is the ideal getaway for up to 7 people that want to experience all of Breckenridge.
After a fun-filled day of adventures, relax in the family room with comfortable sofa seating for 5 people. Cozy up with your loved ones while warming up next to the indoor gas fireplace and watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Access to the outdoor deck is located in the family room where you can step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Cook a delicious homemade meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining area has comfortable seating for up to 6, where you can enjoy your dinner.
In the corner of the hall, you will see the first full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Across the hall to the right, you have the washer/dryer combo for your washing needs. Towards the end, you will see the bunk room with twin over queen size beds and access to a second private outdoor deck. Right next door is the master bedroom that features a comfortable king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest will have access to the entire home, an outdoor deck, a parking spot in the garage, and a space in front of the garage.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located within a mile from the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, food, and shopping options. Snowflake lift is within a 5-minute walk from the condo. The Breck free ride bus will also take you to the gondola and other fun stops along the way. This condo is the perfect gateway to your mountain and Main Street adventures.
Getting Around:
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with the Elk Ridge bus stop on the Grey Route only a 2-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
