Located in Breckenridge’s Four Seasons neighborhood, you’re just a two-block stroll to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond area. Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. This is truly a great way for you and your group to experience Breckenridge!

Columbine 301 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been and is the perfect choice for a family or group of up to six people. Plus, you’ll enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse which features indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool! The large, comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for a relaxing movie or catching the early morning powder report. Right off the living room is a fantastic deck for enjoying that morning coffee or an après-ski glass of wine. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and there’s seating for six at the dining table.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, parking for two vehicles, and a ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The location is wonderful for accessing nine and Main Street station it’s also very convenient for going into town. As other reviewers have said it is a third floor walk up with an extra set of stairs if you were coming up from the garage. Having two parking spaces and one enclosed garage space was wonderful. The condo is well appointed with lots of storage and was roomie for our family while the unit is a bit dated and could not be beat.

We were so impressed with how they communicated with us at any given time. They were also very personable. My location was perfect. We had easy walking access to downtown and to peak nine for skiing. The only downfall of the unit is that it is on the fourth floor from the parking garage. If you are not from that area, it is quite a task to be walking up and down the stairs all the time during the day, but great exercise lol the beauty of the mountain town is spectacular. Thank you so much again for sharing your special vacation space with our family. We would highly recommend summit mountain rentals and this condo to any other family
