Nestled in the exclusive neighborhood of Bakoven, Houghton Villa epitomizes luxurious seaside living. A short way from the hustle and bustle of the busy beachfront, this exquisitely designed three-bedroom villa offers a contemporary-chic and ultra-comfortable getaway.

Exuding timeless elegance, airy, open-plan living spaces flow effortlessly into each other and designer décor in cool tones of blues and whites creates a cosmopolitan sense of style. A chic lounge with plush couches and armchairs and a dining area with an eight-seater dining table can be found on the first level of the villa. This gorgeous open-plan living area opens onto a balcony through glass sliding doors, bringing the beautiful blues of the ocean in.

A small, kitchen is set off the living area and boasts a four-seater breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and designer coffee machine. A guest bathroom can also be found on this level with easy access from the living and dining area.

Outside the lounge, stairs lead down to a gorgeously manicured Feng Shui courtyard and a small plunge pool. Cool granite and leafy trees make this peaceful enclave the perfect spot for unwinding.

Two of the Three bedrooms can be found on the second level of the villa, as well as a beautifully furnished, open-plan pyjama lounge with satellite television and access to the pool courtyard. The second and third bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each bedroom opens onto a small private deck with outdoor seating and lovely mountain and ocean views.

The master bedroom is located on the top level of the Villa, has a king-size bed and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, bathtub, and double vanities. This bedroom has access to a private balcony with breath-taking ocean views and direct access to the rooftop terrace.

The third level of the villa is a stylish rooftop deck with an outdoor dining table for six shaded by a wooden pergola and a built-in gas barbecue. Panoramic views of the Twelve Apostles Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean make an idyllic backdrop for outdoor entertaining.

The villa features secure off-street parking in a garage and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.

**NB: There is construction happening near the Villa. The construction can be noisy, or completely quiet. We cannot give any guarantees on this. Should you proceed with a booking, no compensation can be offered on arrival or during the stay as a result of the construction. Builders holidays usually last from 15 Dec - 15 Jan.
