Unit has covered parking in a driveway under a carport for up to 2 cars. The unit is fully furnished with a kitchen table and chairs, couch to sleep 1-2 extra people, TV with roku and Netflix, Queen Bed with side tables, a dresser, and a wardrobe bar to hang clothes with hangers. Perfect stay for the marathon

The location is perfect and technically walking distance from the Ameris Bank Jacksonville marathon. One thing to note though is that you can hear the neighbors through the paper thin walls. Not an issue if both parties are getting up to run the marathon at 5am though like us.
