Enter the condo through the beautifully crafted wood door with smart lock technology. The service closet with Samsung washer/dryer combo is immediately to your left. Continue into your One Wall Kitchen area featuring a 22cu ft. Samsung French door refrigerator with purified water & ice, a gas stove & oven, large sink basin and ample cabinet space for storage. Directly across is the oversized bathroom with large walk/in rain shower. The gorgeous quartz countertop and sink basin is a designer’s dream. Continue into the sleeping area with king-sized Sealy Posturepedic mattress. This area features a 55” smart TV with cable channels. The dining area features a dramatic marble table with seating for 4. The living room features a comfortable couch with room for 4 that converts to a king/sized bed. The living room has a 65” smart TV. Exit the condo through the large sliding glass door and feel the ocean breeze in your face while you relax on your comfortable patio furniture and take in the gorgeous garden views. The entire condo is outfitted with smart switches with Google assistant. Turn on or off all your lights with simple commands.

Beautiful space, conveniently located, great host

The host was amazing. I had a couple random issues and he was great with advice and or finding what I needed. The room was clean and well appointed. Everyday items needed were well thought out and supplied. I cooked a number of times and was very happy with what was available in the kitchen. I have limited mobility and the room was right near the ramp and easy to get to the pool or beach area. Nice pools, hot tub and beach access. I would gladly choose this vrbo again or another with the host.

Contruction and neighbor noise; housekeeping

Nice small unit, good for two people. Some things to note for future reference. From early in the morning to late in evening, construction noise was constant and loud. There was a construction fence over most of our backyard with a surprise occasional landscaper next to our patio. The neighbors above were up at all hours (10p-2 or 3a) pounding across the floor and dragging furniture. Other residents walking up and down outside hallway, very loud and noticeable in later hours. Housekeeping: glass shower had soap scum on all sides and door, dust and grit on all tile; shower pan had black floating dirt/dust.
