Great House

House was very clean and had everything we needed for our employee stay for our fishing trip. The owner was out of town so their dad met us to let us in. We did have to wait a while outside roughly 40 min to have him show up. Once he got there he was very helpful and nice. House was great, sleeps 8 we had 9 and it was fine. Good location for fishing. Overall very happy with the house, location and stay.

Awesome Spot

The property was clean and had all the "tools" we needed for an awesome long weekend. We truly enjoy Sunland and this home was perfect for our group. The split floorplan is ideal for multiple couples or a family. It was very comfortable and spacious.

Great Getaway

The house was exactly as listed. It’s a few blocks from the water and has all the amenities needed to call home. It was clean and enough space for 8. One bedroom is down stairs with two single beds with an additional mattress in the closet. One bathroom is also downstairs. The living room along with Two bed rooms with queens and one bath are upstairs. The only thing is the display on the microwave wasn’t working so we wouldn’t know how long we were microwaving for but we were able to navigate around it. Overall we would definitely come back! Thanks for letting us stay at the place, Matt.

Clean, well stocked, comfortable home

I just spent four nites here at this home. The place was clean, kitchen was well stocked. I appreciate the keyless entry so I dont have to worry about bringing a key around. Beds were comfortable. The host was accommodating after my daughter saw the trampoline our back. He (the host) readily responded to a few questions we had during our stay. We were a bit bummed to learn we could not use the pool (not the hosts fault) .
