Fantastic vacation home in a beautiful location and with a view of the Wadden Sea, it is located on the east coast of Rømø. Here you will encounter a beautiful architecture. The living rooms are in the main building and in the annex - between the houses there is a beautiful courtyard, in it and in the houses the rooms are on different levels. There is a staircase to the bedroom or in the basement there are steps from the kitchen to the living room. This somewhat untraditional room layout is very interesting, plus there is a very special incidence of light. You will also be delighted with the wellness area and its whirlpool for 6.

Kein Highlight

Die Sauberkeit lies stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Spülmaschine war von Anfang an defekt. Die Fotos im Inserat sind schon älter. Die Treppen im HAus sind sehr steil, nichts für Kinder auch wenn diese ansonsten sehr treppensicher sind. Im Aussenbereich ist der Abgang zur Wärmepumpe nicht abgesichert! Die Kommunikation mit Novasol bzgl. Spülmaschine ist unterirdisch gewesen. Das lokale Büro ist geschlossen, es geht nur telefonisch und täglich kam die Antwort "wir kümmern uns darum", was nicht wirklich passiert ist :(

Insgesamt ein schönes Haus in guter Lage. Allerdings haben wir das Haus nicht ganz sauber vorgefunden. In Sanitär- und Wohnbereich mussten Spinnenweben, Staub und Sand entfernt werden. Besonders der Außenbereich ist länger nicht mehr gereinigt und von Laub befreit worden. Im Koch und Essbereich vermissten wir einfache Müsli- oder Dessertschalen, Kaffeetassen, Bier- bzw. Weingläser und weitere Kleinigkeiten die das Ganze abrunden und komplett machen. Im Wohnzimmer läuft kein TV, obwohl ein TV-Gerät vorhanden ist. Insgesamt sollten die Bilder in der Beschreibung erneuert werden.
