Recently remodeled guesthouse with open living room and kitchen floor plan, vaulted ceilings, concrete floors and tons of natural light. It has a full kitchen, stocked for the chef-minded guests ready to hunker in for a quiet dinner or entertain a few friends. Close enough to enjoy the cross breezes from the ocean, it also has ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout. The bathroom includes a full sized washer & dryer.

Fantastic home away from home

Kelley was very accommodating and friendly. The guest house was well appointed with everything you would need or want. Multiple streaming services on two TVs, every kitchen gadget, and plenty of supplies come with this rental. We would highly recommend.

My GO TO place in LA

When I travel for work or for pleasure, I stay here. The location is within walking distance from coffee, great food and convenience stores for anything I might need. The property has thought of everything down to the details -- The house is fully private with it's own entrance and it's own backyard -- completely separate from the owners house. There's full kitchen (you'd actually want to cook in). And plenty windows for natural air/light to shine through .. but also shades and AC/Heat if you want to keep things closed. Clean with plenty of room for two people (+a few more) with a great bathroom and living room area and washer/dryer/dishwasher. Owner is very kind and responsive to any questions or needs. I feel like this is a home away from home when I'm in visiting friends or traveling for business.

Privacy in the middle of Santa Monica

Private, beautiful home, very clean with all updated appliances and bathroom. Kelley is always available and very willing to help with any issues. She has equipped the house with all the comforts of home. Private yard with furniture to enjoy the quiet and peacefull setting. We hope to return.
