Your independent holiday home is on two levels: - On the ground floor: Kitchen/living room and lounge with a pellet stove, a laundry room, a separate toilet - Upstairs: A bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, Another bedroom with 2 90x200 twin beds, A bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. - Exterior: A magnificent 32 m² terrace, equipped with an outdoor spa with its shower and right next door in a small sheltered annex an infrared sauna and a shower (open all year). A 160 m² pleasure garden, fully fenced. Parking for two vehicles is available near the cottage. Secure bicycle shelter. Accommodation reserved for leisure customers. Lysiane and Thierry used environmentally friendly techniques and materials: hemp, solar panels, rainwater collector for watering and toilets, as well as a water softener.... Also enjoy the sheltered infrared sauna for two people. 7 km away, discover the Bétineuc leisure center, near the Ille-et-Rance canal. Its 3 km circuit around the pond is perfect for hiking, horse riding or cycling, with swimming as the central activity. The region is magnificent, with many visits to make, notably Dinan, city of Art and History, 6 km away, where you will discover an exceptional medieval heritage. Un échange avec les hôtes quelques jours avant l’arrivée d’une bienveillance et d’une gentillesse, lors de l’arrivée les explications sont rapides et détaillées, le logement était incroyable et à une histoire ce qui le rend d’autant plus cosy. Pour un séjour seule avec ma chienne j’y ai vite trouvé mes marques grâce au Jacuzzi, Sauna, le jardin, des livres à dispositions et le centre ville à quelques minutes. Le poêle pour s’y réchauffer en cas de fraîche température. Un endroit calme et reposant. Merci encore

Weekend magnifique prêt de St Malo

Petite maison charmante.Décorée avec gout. Tout est bien pensé et le moindre recoins parfaitement utilisé.Mention speciale pour le Jacuzzi ainsi que le sauna.A refaire et a recommander sans hesitations.
