About this property

Large, modern, bright, newly created gallery apartment (built in 2015) in a quiet hamlet on our horse farm for 4 people. In contrast to our country house, we offer you an open and airy top floor apartment with gallery. The apartment can be reached via an extra side entrance at the house.

The large windows with panoramic views of the Alps and the three balconies with a view of the greenery are captivating, giving the apartment a relaxed, relaxed atmosphere. The stylish, new kitchen with its island and modern appliances is a dream for every amateur cook. A double bed on the gallery with a view of the Alps and a luxury bathroom complete the offer.

The living areas tiled in parquet look and the bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating. In the spacious living room you will find a large flat screen TV and a pelet stove for cozy evenings. A practical built-in cupboard in the entrance area offers plenty of storage space in addition to the separate storage room.
If necessary, we can provide a guest bed.

Einfach mal dem Traumurlaub machen

Also ich möchte eigentlich keine Werbung für dieses Domizil machen damit es nicht so oft besetzt ist 😜, aber man muss es einfach sagen! Es ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist super 30 Minuten von München entfernt und 40 Minuten bis zum Chiemsee. Wenn man Kochen möchte ist auch das in der Super Großen und voll ausgestatteten Küche ohne Probleme möglich. Es ist alles super groß geräumig und an alles gedacht. Wenn man Essen gehen möchte und zünftig ist im nächsten Dorf zb. das Bräustüberl welches allemal ein Besuch wert ist. Dort bleibt wie in der Wohnung kein Wunsch offen. Also wir hatten einen Wundervollen Urlaub vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter Schwarzenbeck.

Pastoral rural setting, with a view of the Alps.

This is like coming to a newly built, modern home with a loft bedroom. Huge open expanse windows, 3 balconies, well appointed facilities, 2 person sized shower, all situated on a hobby horse farm! Close to Munich, ultra quiet even with kids taking riding lessons, the photos cannot do the home Justice. 5 minute drive to modern shopping with in store bakery for your am breakfasts Watch your head in the dark if you use the loft bedroom!😎

Great experience

Property was amazing! Great spot to use as a center point for exploring. 30 minutes from Munich, 2 hours to Eagle's nest, and 2 hours to Castle Neuschwanstein. Hosts were extremely helpful and local restaurants in and near Aying were excellent.
