Das Appartement liegt 2 Gehminuten zu einem Restaurant mit Brauerei, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend! Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus! Das Haus ist Sauber, die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen aber nicht abgeschlossenen Etagen. Platz für 4 Personen, am Besten für Familien geeignet, da Zugang zum Bad durch einen Schlafbereich!

Toller Ausgangspunkt für München und Umgebung

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ferienwohnung genossen. Sehr schöne Location, ideal für Familien. Aying ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach München, da man einen direkten S-Bahn Anschluß hat. Ein paar Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es von der Ayinger Brauerei einen Biergarten, wo man den Tag sehr gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Ausflüge mit dem Auto in das Umland, Rosenheim, Wasserburg am Inn oder Garmisch haben uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und bedanke mich hier nochmal für die freundliche Aufnahme durch die Vermieterin. Wir werden diese Location wieder buchen, wenn es uns erneut in diese Gegend zieht. Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Ortschaft

Die Ferienwohnung im Ort Aying ist optimal gelegen für Ausflüge nach München oder Richtung Berge. S-Bahn Station fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals für die tollen Ausflugstipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super Trip nach Aying

Wir durften den Geburtstag eines Freundes in Aying feiern und konnten 4 Tage in einer tollen Atmosphäre des Ortes, in einer schönen Ferienwohnung und einer super netten und freundlichen Vermieterin genießen. In Aying sollte man allerdings Glockengeläut mögen.

Es war alles sehr schön und die Nähe zu München ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto war perfekt. Der sehr idylische Ort ist empfehlenswert. Nur das tagtägliche und 24 / 7 widerkehrende Glockengeläut ist in der Nacht ein wenig nervig! Ansonsten ist hier nix auszusetzen. Lg. Familie Schwarz

Schöne Tage in Aying

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Aying, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat ein sehr schönes Bad. Vielleicht sind die Matratzen waren für mich etwas zu weich, allerdings mag das jemand anderes anders sehen. Übergabe bei An- und Abreise total unkompliziert und eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die auch gerne Tipps für die Umgebung gab. Aying eignet sich auf Grund seiner Lage hervorragen für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Alles ist gut und schnell erreichbar egal ob Tegernsee, Rosenheim, Schliersee, Bad Tölz usw. Der S-Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Anbindung nach München ist optimal (alle 20 Minuten). Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr unkomplizierter Umgang mit der Vermieter-Familie, neuwertiger Wohnungszustand, sauber, schickes Bad, leider kein Kleiderschrank. Top Lage, schnell in Österreich und München. Wandern und radeln kann man auch sehr schön!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Örtlichkeiten ländlich mit schönen und guten Gasthöfen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit kurzen Autowegen. Mit dem S-Bahn Anschluss nach München und zurück ist fast eine Stunde einzuplanen. Mit Auto Parkplatz an der Ferienwohnung und an der S-Bahn kostenlos. Ab 22.30 relativ lange Taktzeiten. Ferienwohnung und Vermieter super und unkompliziert. Empfehlenswert!

Tolle FeWo, tolle Lage

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in dieser FeWo und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber und ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung parat. Man ist schnell mit der S Bahn schnell am S Bahnhof und kann so das Auto getrost stehen lassen. Im Ort gibt es eine Brauerei mit Biergarten und Restaurant, sehr lecker. Dort würden wir wieder buchen.

Optimal für Kleinfamilie

Alles sehr unkompliziert beim Check in, nette Vermieterin, Wohnung sauber. Für zwei Erwachsene und 1-2 Kinder im Alter bis 12 Jahre zu empfehlen. Manko: Im Sommer kann die Wohnung sehr warm werden, da 2 Betten direkt im DG. Kirchenglocke nah, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Ein paar sehr erholsame Tage

Sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne erholsame Tage. Der nächste Biergarten war nur 1 min zu Fuß entfernt, so konnten wir den Tag bei einem guten Essen und einem guten Bier ausklingen lassen.
