the apartment is located in a detached house with separate apartment in the beautiful Mölltal in Carinthia's land next to the forest on a 1600 sqm plot a bit away from the tourist bustle. Penk-Kohlstatt is a little haven of Kolbnitz The comfortable facilities to approximately 80 sqm offers for 2 up to 4 people.
TV and WIFI. There is a large kitchen, 1 living room with sofa bed, another living room with fireplace (from here you come to the terrace in the large natural garden with gazebo), a bedroom, a shower room with toilet and sink

Gemütliche Wohnung

Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar zentral im Mölltal. Das Haus steht in einem großen, schönen Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet, ist sehr sauber und alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Vor dem Haus ist ein schöner Eßtisch mit Stühlen und Sonnenschirm. Von dort bietet sich eine gute Fernsicht auf die Berge. Vom Haus aus erreicht man gut viele attraktive Ausflugsziele. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist die Kärnten Card.

Sehr schönes Appartment im Erdgeschoss des Hauses mit Terrasse zum Garten.

Das Haus liegt am Rande des Waldes, abseits des Massentourismus und doch sehr nahe an Skigebiete oder Wandermöglichkeiten. Ein geschmackvoll rustikal eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Appartement, mit guter Ausstattung für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und fürsorglich. Frau Ziegler hat sich herzlich um uns gesorgt, auch wenn aus der Ferne. Vor Ort gab es Vertretung durch eine ganz liebe Nachbarsfamilie die die österreichische Gastfreundlichkeit überzeugt gelebt haben. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Winterurlaub und konnten das kleine Stück Kärnten genießen.
