Breathtaking ocean views await you in this large two bedroom fully furnished condo in beautiful Ponce Inlet. Come enjoy the majesty of the Atlantic Ocean and all the treasures of Ponce Inlet. You will enjoy your morning coffee on the large balcony watching the morning sunrise and local wildlife greet the morning. You may even spot a dolphin or two, we have!
This home boasts large rooms for an oceanside condo. You will enjoy panoramic views from the double door walls in the living room, plus both bedrooms are also facing the ocean, something not many buildings can say!
You will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to feel right at home. Everything is brand new. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or the dining room table with views of the ocean. Relax in the large living room taking in the view or enjoying your favorite programs on the new 60” Smart TV. Catch up on email, or even work (gasp), if you need to, on the dedicated workspace with complimentary high-speed internet and with convenient US ports and outlets to keep all your electronic devices charged up.
You will sleep well with king beds in both large bedrooms. All have been equipped with new bedding and pillows. The bathrooms have also been furnished with new towels and other amenities you may need.
When it comes to getting on the beach it couldn’t be easier. Take advantage of the private beach entrance off the pool deck and enjoy the uncrowded no-drive stretch of the most famous beach in the world. If ocean swimming is not for you, there are two swimming pools with ample lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas for you to enjoy.

Wonderful host and beautiful, comfortable condo. The double sliding doors are a game changer for ocean views!Wide, quiet beach with no cars but still close to everything. 6th floor is directly at eye level with flying pelicans and high enough to easily watch dolphins, parasailers, and surfers from inside or balcony.This condo has everything! Garage parking, laundry in unit, trash chute, dishwasher, ocean views from all rooms, and full kitchen/dining. It was glorious!Joe was amazing and lightning fast with answers or resolutions to anything I brought up. 100% recommend!

Awesome stay!! Don't miss this one!!

It was a comfy cozy stay for us. The views are fantastic--we saw a pod of dolphins on the day before we left just offshore. We loved just chilling on the couch watching the ocean's moods. Bed was just right. Having 2 bathrooms was great, too. We had tons of room for everything we brought with us. Our host was very nice, helpful and communicated well with us. We appreciated it so much. It was a great stay...would definitely rent it again!!

Beautiful location with so many great things. View was amazing, condo furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. grill was awesome. garage was a big plus so the truck wasn't parked outside. Wifi worked great for me working. traffic and people are so laid back there. walk to the beach was so easy. Joe was a perfect host. could not of asked for more.

Disappointing

The photos of the condo on the website looked great compared to staying in the condo. Without having to list all the issues; let's just say the condo was very unclean, also, towels, rugs, linens, pillows need to be disposed of and replaced among other things. The balcony door didn't lock. The host agreed to reimburse the cleaning service fee. My husband is disabled so it was important to have working elevators, which was not the case during some of our stay, which the host was aware that my husband was disabled prior to us renting the condo. There were no signs, no notices posted, no verbal notification from the building office. I would like a refund considering the circumstances of everything we were dealing with in the condo and with the building elevators. My next step will be reaching out to the building office.

Hi Pamela, thank you for the detailed comments and I apologize for the condo wasn't to your liking. I've talked to the cleaning company and will replace anything that they can't get clean. The elevator issue was out of our control. They were recently replaced and they completed the touch up and painting of the elevator lobbies. I did adjust for this inconvenience. Again, I am sorry these things happened during your stay.

Fabulous view and quiet neighborhood

Four of us shared this very comfortable condo for a week. It's located on a no-drive section of beach, which we found to be a nice change from Daytona Beach. The neighborhood had a "local" feel, with plenty of great food options nearby. We loved the lack of crowds on the beach. Highly recommend this property, especially if you want to get away from the crowds, but still be close to everything in the area

Exceeded expectations

Views can’t be beat. Very spacious living area with 2 sliders. Appliances were updated and everything was in good working order. We would like to make a return visit. The host was very helpful and was quick to respond when sent messages.

This unit has been a residence for many years and we are just now preparing it to share with others. This is what we like about Ponce Inlet and our condo:
• Great location centrally located between Dunlawton bridge and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse
• Great beachfront location on no-drive beach
• Two pools with new pool decks
• Private access to no-drive beach
• Underground assigned parking space to keep car clean and cool
• On-site management company to assist on anything needed
• Six floor offers expansive views
• Large unit bigger than most with over 1,200 square feet
• Separate dining room with counter height table allowing views of the ocean during dining
• Great kitchen with breakfast bar
• Dedicated workspace with USB ports and power outlets
• Both bedrooms right on the ocean with large windows to enjoy the view
• 22 feet wide living room facing the ocean through two double door walls
• High top table on balcony to enjoy meals with uninterrupted views
• Close to Port Orange which boasts great shopping and all the stores you could need
• Entire home to yourself
• Large Smart 60" TV
• All new kitchen wares, bedding, towels, etc.

What makes this property unique

You couldn’t have picked a better place to visit. Ponce Inlet is a jewel all on its own. Famous for the Ponce Inlet lighthouse, second tallest in the country, that you can walk to the top for breathtaking views. Explore Lighthouse Point Park to get a glimpse of what the coastline was like before modern construction.
There is an abundance of wildlife and a jetty that takes you out into the Atlantic Ocean. For nature lovers there is the Marine Science Center dedicated to rehabilitating injured seabirds and sea turtles. You can also pet live sting rays!
Enjoy miles of sugar sand beaches easy to walk on and also easy to ride bikes. There are numerous water activities from kayak and boat rentals, fishing charters, parasailing, dolphin/manatee tours for you to experience.
There are numerous fine restaurants, many right on the water, offering unique ambience and excellent food. The famous North Turn Restaurant is just a short stroll down the beach!
When Venturing A Little Further Out
There is no shortage of exciting things to do and experience in Florida, and most are very nearby:.
• The World Famous Daytona Beach is just a few miles up the road offering a boardwalk, pier, and amusements
• Kennedy Space Center boasts historic and current ongoing displays of space travel not to mention rocket launches
• Disney World, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios and other Orlando attractions are a little over an hour away.
• Historic Saint Augustine the oldest city in the continental US home to cobblestone streets, charming town, and historic markers.
• New Smyrna Beach a charming beach town rooted in local culture, unique boutiques, and eateries
• Daytona International Speedway and Museum home of the famous Daytona 500 race and host to numerous other races with an excellent museum highlighting more than auto racing
