The very well-kept, cozy and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment, 45 square meters, with a separate entrance at ground level, is located on the ground floor of our family house, very quiet, on a play street, without any through traffic.

Large living room with two separate sofa beds, can also be put together if required, large round dining table, armchair, satellite TV (32 "flat screen), radio with CR and CD part, free WiFi, etc.

Well-equipped separate kitchen with a small convection oven, 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster etc., as well as sufficient dishes for 4 people.

Modern shower room, toilet, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, etc.

A small garden terrace with a seat, right in front of the apartment, invites you to relax.

Non smoking apartment, no pets.

Comfortable and Convenient

We have stayed here before and it did not disappoint. The host is friendly and helpful. The flat is in Vauban, which is a suburb of Freiburg with its own cafes, shope (including supermarket) and restaurants. You are convenient for walks into the countryside, the village of St Georgen (with swimming pool) and are in the city centre in 15 minute by tram. The flat has everything you need and is comfortable and quiet, with a little garden area to relax in.

Schönes großzügiges Apartment

Großer Wohn- und Schlafraum, kleine Küche mit guter Ausstattung, sehr ruhiges Wohngebiet, in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur Haltestelle in die Innenstadt. Auch für längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Gute Lage

Super Lage, mit Bus oder Bahn in 15 Minuten in der Stadt oder zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in Feld und Wald. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel da im EG aber man kann davor schön sitzen und es ist ein sehr ruhiges Wohngebiet. Die beiden Einzelbetten kann man gut zu einem Doppelbett zusammen schieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei.

Wir verbrachten 10 sehr erholsame Tage in diesem schönen Apartment in St.Georgen. Das Vermieterehepaar Caspar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ideal. Mit dem Rad waren wir in 10 Minuten in Freiburg.

Da wir in Freiburg unser DKBC Pokalspiel hatten, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Freiburg verlängert und uns dieses Objekt ausgesucht. Unsere Anreise waren 950 km. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, auch bei einer späteren Ankunft. Ein schönes Studio mit allem was benötigt wurde haben wir vorgefunden und dazu wurden uns vom Gastgeber noch viele Hinweise zur Stadt Freiburg gegeben. Alles in allem waren es 4 schöne Tage in Freiburg und dieses Quartier können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiter enpfehlen.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé, situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, au vert. La station de tram pour rejoindre le centre de Fribourg en 15 minutes est situé à environ 500 m. Je recommande cette location très propre, spacieuse et bien agencée.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel am Stadtrand. Man ist schnell in der Natur, kann in den Weinbergen wandern oder joggen und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung liegt aber zur Nordseite, so dass nur am Morgen die Sonne etwas hineinscheint.

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber! Ich habe weder in Schubladen oder sonst irgendwo "Zeichen" meiner Vorgänger entdeckt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist dementsprechend angenehm ruhig. Man ist sehr schnell im Grünen und Rewe/Aldi fußläufig in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Gartenplätzchen war mir besonders in den heißen Tagen eine kühlende Oase, weil es den ganzen Tag im Schatten lag. Freiburg erreicht man bequem mit Bus oder Strassenbahn (die alle paar Minuten fährt) in ca. 15 Minuten. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten!!!
