Nous avons été très déçu, l'annonce n'indique pas que le parking est couvert ainsi que la hauteur du véhicule, nous avons un van donc impossible.La poignée de l'entrée de l'immeuble cassée, la baie vitrée de l'appart difficile à ouvrir, le canapé salle ainsi que la salle de bain et les accessoires de la cuisine......noté tout de même 8,3 sur l'annonce!!!Je rêveL'agence très à l'écoute nous a trouvé un autre appartement dans la foulée.Le ménage doit être compris dans le tarif de la location, pour être certain d'avoir un appartement propre.Le propriétaire devrait revoir l'intégralité de son appartement qui est très vieillissant.Châtel est un endroit magnifiqueeee.

Un très bon séjour à la montagne

Belle appartement, bien situé, calme, autre point positif le stationnement . Matériel de ménage en meilleur état (sceau pour essorer la serpillère)
