Beautiful two-story home on a large corned lot w/10ft privacy fence. Located near Amazon, Ft. Bend Toll and Rte 6 Interstate. This fully furnished 4br/4ba with upstairs family loft. Sleeps 8 - large master w/garden tub & shower. 2nd master upstairs w/ba. 3rd bedroom w/King and 4th bedroom w/twin beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

PARKING. 4 parking spots available in the driveway and 2 additional on the street. DO NOT park in front of the neighbors. Garage is unavailable!

Houston trip

Home was in a Great location for our event and very clean. Easy communication with home owner and no issues with the property. I hope this home is available the next time I visit this area.

The house was excellent! Clean and great condition. Only problem is that the website said for rooms and sleeps 8, there are in fact on 3 rooms as the 4th is now the gym. So technically it sleeps 6.

Beautiful Home

Robert was great to work with. He responded quickly to any questions we had and we enjoyed our stay in this quiet community. Would definitely stay again if in the Houston area! Home looks exactly like photos! Area is growing with restaurants and attractions.

This corner lot is spacious, quiet, inviting and comfortably accommodates 3 couples, or a large family of 8. There is something to do for all. The home has a 10ft privacy fence in the back yard for events and gatherings. A second master bed room is located upstairs with a gym and game room. The community is equipped with a walking trail, lakes, and a pool. Home is secure with Ring monitoring. Security cameras are located outside of the home only. Inside monitoring is done only when security system is "armed" or set in "away" mode through motion detection only. There are no cameras inside of home.
