Villa Verde - Piscine Intérieure. Proche Zoo de Beauval et Châteaux de la Loire

Villa Verde, with 220 m2 on one level, welcomes you in a 7-hectare wooded park. The property is unfenced so that wild animals (mainly roe deer) can roam freely. It is a comfortable architect's house, atypical for the region. You will appreciate the indoor swimming pool heated all year round with a view of the forest. You can enjoy the warmth of the fire from its 360-degree fireplace overlooking the living room and the swimming pool.PGJyPg
The Beauval Zoo is 30 minutes away, the Château de Chambord is 50 minutes away, the Château de Chenonceau is 45 minutes away, the Château de Cheverny is 30 minutes away and my favourite for its beautiful park and annual garden festival (2024 theme "Garden source of life") the Château de Chaumont sur Loire is 45 minutes away. The Canal du Berry is a 5-minute walk away and the Cher is 10 minutes away.

As for the beds, here is the composition of each of the rooms:
- Ethnic room of the master suite: double bed 160 cm
- bedroom/office Asia with a view of the pool: new quality sofa bed 140 cm
- Sologne room 1 double bed 140 cm + 2 single beds 90 cm
- Beauval room, same room Sologne, 1 double bed 140 cm + 2 single beds 90 cm.

Carmen est une hôte très acceuillante qui a pris le temps de tout bien nous expliquer et nous faire le tour de sa superbe maison. La piscine est géniale, on s'est bien amusés en famille. C'est une maison très privée, quelque chose que nous avons aussi grandement apprécié.
