L'Eventail is a family house, 6-8 adults and 2-4 children/babies depending on, recently restored, surrounded by a large enclosed garden, wooded and spacious, in a private domain, in the quiet countryside of the Pays d'Auge, with a very nice sea view. New terrace (April 2025).
The house is spacious, warm, it is good to live in!
The estate has 2 tennis courts reserved for residents.
You will find all shops within a 5-minute drive in Touques, Deauville and Trouville, the train station, beaches and various activities are 6 kilometres away.
Several golf courses very close.

For a pleasant stay, a car is essential.
Private parking is at your disposal
The house is not on one level, a step to access it and the bedrooms are all upstairs.

- 2 separate toilets, 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs.

The kitchen is very well equipped: Senseo & Bodum coffee maker, kettle, food processor, blender, toaster, bread machine, crepe maker, raclette machine....

The cleaning price includes bed linen, beds made on arrival

Pets not allowed due to allergies in the family.
Parties and events prohibited, you are in a private domain with a rule that stipulates it.

- Linen is provided and beds will be made on arrival.
-Cleaning included on arrival and departure.
- Keys will be given to you in person.

- In addition, 1 cot and 1 child's bed on site at all times.
-On request, additional baby equipment can be provided (travel cots, high chairs, baby bath...)
- garden equipment: trampoline, ping-pong table, barbecue, etc... are stored in a sheltered area out of season and not accessible unless expressly requested. They are available to tenants in the summer.
