Disliked: Communication

The host cancelled on the day I was to move in, and asked me to request a cancellation KNOWING THAT IF I DID, I WOULD FORFEIT MY RIGHTS TO A REFUND. I called VRBO, and was told they would find me another accommodation. Each time I called, they told me to call back - at the end of the day they had not even started to look for another place. A horrible, and unacceptable experience. Never again.
