This luxury 1 bedroom (King Bed), 1 bathroom apartment near Downtown Houston. Restaurants/cafes conveniently located directly below the apartment building. You will be a short 5 minute walk to the NRG stadium, with grocery stores and mini shopping plazas nearby . This unique Retreat gives you elevator access to a fitness center, indoor and outdoor lounging areas that is equipped with; Pool Table, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong Table, Free Starbucks Machine, and more.

You can lounge out by the Pool. Which is located on the first floor with a designated area for grilling. Parking is free, located in the apartment garage.

Great place!

Donts was so easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. This was our first time in Houston and I am so glad we were able to stay in this apartment. The location was great and the apartment was beautiful!!

Very clean room, very comfy bed. Location is excellent. Easy check in & check out. Great communication with host. We had all of our information in plenty of time for the trip. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

This apartment was exactly as posted. The only thing I would like to see is better pots and maybe a sauce pan. The coating in the ones there is peeling and this is not healthy. The bed was comfortable and the furniture new. I would recommend this apartment.

Just what was needed

Thank you, this place was wonderful. We had access to amenities and the process was easy. The location is great if you’re going to see a game. It’s located by several good restaurants and shops. We had a blast.

Clean and convenient

Apartment was exactly as depicted. It was neat and clean and convenient to the medical district but also close to NRG stadium. It was very quiet and parking was easy. Would stay here again.
