The FERMIER apartment, located on the ground floor of the Eau Vive holiday rental complex—which also features 8 other units ranging from studios to three-room apartments—can accommodate 4 people. Fully equipped and featuring a south-facing terrace, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful stay.
The Eau Vive guesthouse is a warm and welcoming property dating from the early 19th century that was once an outbuilding of the Château d’Uriage. Located right next to the bus stops serving Grenoble and Chamrousse, it sits at the starting point of numerous hiking trails, one of which will take you to Uriage—with its casino, restaurants (both Michelin-starred and non-starred), and thermal baths—in just a few minutes on foot.
All apartments provide access to the lodge’s common areas: a fully enclosed and secure car park, a garden with lounge chairs and picnic tables, and many other amenities (washing machine, dryer, etc.).

Appartement loué pour 4

L'appartement loué popur 4 est très petit et lorsqu'il faut se coucher, on est obligé de tout déménager pour déplier le canapé et ensuite il n'y a plus de place pour se déplacer.
