This small apartment in an ancient building in Reims’ university area is a surprisingly stylish and functional renovation of the second floor (what we call it in the U.S. — premiere etage to everybody else). We enjoyed the neighborhood, which put us in walking distance of the wonderful Cathedral and some lively small restaurants and Champagne bars

This is a great location if you want a quiet street at night/mornings. It is a nice short walk away from all of the cathedral action. The size of the apartment is perfect for single travelers or a couple. It is extremely affordable for what you get (the layout maximizes the space well). This is definitely bare-bones from an amenities perspective (had to buy toilet paper because it was left with an almost empty roll with no back up) and was clean enough (quick turn around cleaning missed stuff). The bed is firm and the pillows are okay. The AC unit is easy to use, but very loud so running it at night to stay cool will require ear plugs if you can’t sleep with loud noise. The light switch at the front will light you up all the way to the apartment and can be turned off from the apartment door. The stairs to the apartment are terrifying (lol) my recommendation would be for the building to fix the supporting joints because half of them are broken…just be careful where you step especially if you are/your luggage is heavy.

This modern/updated apartment was perfect for our stay. The kitchenette was lovely and very easy to cook breakfast in. The bed was comfy and I always appreciate blackout curtains on the windows!Thank You to our hosts

Very nice apartment for two people. Very clean and comfortable. Quite spacious inside. We loved the local restaurant and the pub on the corner near by. It was easily accessible to downtown by foot. The instructions for arrival and departure were easy to follow. Our welcome gift and card for our anniversary was a very sweet touch. We would stay again.

Alles wunderbar, vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz zum Be- und Entladen, in unmittelbare Nähe ein Parkhaus, so dass trotz der Zentrumsnähe die An- und Abfahrt problemlos ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei.

A 5 star hotel for the price of a 3

Amazing stay in this lovely appartement fully furnished with high-end luxury material. Steven has been wonderful, giving us good advices about restaurants or places to go. He was there when we arrived, showed us everything we need in the flat (TV, Netflix, Spotify and even a smartphone with data and calls were available for us, full included in the price of the stay). With my experience, I can only recommend this accomodation in Reims, it definitely helped a lot to have a wonderful experience in this city.
