If you are seeking elegance, comfort, central location and spectacular views, this lovely 5,000 square foot Aspen home is the perfect choice.

This home sits high on the hillside, just off Brush Creek, providing expansive views of the entire Roaring Fork Valley, Independence Pass and Mountains. The elegant European-designed interior is bathed in light. Every room on the main floor captures the spectacular views while a deck runs the entire perimeter of the view side of the home. Light filters through unique 150 year old stained glass windows in the spiral stairway, master bedroom and living room.

Warmth, comfort and relaxation are provided through the Roman spa tub, steam shower, beautifully appointed kitchen, 3 fireplaces (living room, family room and master bedroom), and 2 large 65 inch 'big screen' TVs with premium cable stations. A kayak is available for use. If business must be conducted during your visit, simply climb the spiral stairway to an upstairs office.

You have privacy, high up the hillside, without compromising convenience. Drive time to downtown Aspen or Snowmass Village is less than 15 minutes.

Spectacular mountain vistas

Lovely 3 bedroom home with loft. Lots of space for family. Beautiful views from back deck. Luxurious furnishings, large kitchen and dining to have family meals. 10 minute drive to Snowmass, 15 minutes to Aspen. Would rent this property again.

We have been skiing for over a decade now, and we love trying new places and avoiding repeats, but this place will be the exception that breaks the rule.This property is a “mansion.” The pictures advertised on VRBO do not do it justice. You have to be there to appreciate the huge spaces, beautiful architecture, and the attention to detail the owners have put into their home. You can tell/feel owners are very proud of it. One day, we woke up to about 4 inches of snow, and the views from their massive deck were hypnotizing. They conveniently have a pair of binoculars handy, and my favorite thing to do early in the mornings was to enjoy the views while drinking my coffee on their deck. You don’t have to rely on luck to see wildlife, like herds of reindeer, passing through the forest (“one with nature” kinda feeling).The host contacted us after we checked in and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed for our stay and made him self available anytime which made us feel really comfortable.

Great views and location

The house was great and close to slopes and downtown aspen. Bus stop close by for easy access all around town. The only complaint I have is the fact that the owner intentionally kept the fact that he stays upstairs a secret until we heard noise upstairs and called to ask if there was someone else staying there. This might be normal in some places but I have never rented a house where the owner stayed. Another minor problem was the phone voice recorder came on every time someone called then just played a dial tone for a few seconds. Not too big of a deal, but when you are on vacation it's not something you want to hear multiple times a day. I couldn't unplug it because he needed the line. Overall we had a great time, perfect weather, and love the city. Next time I rent I will definitely ask if owner is staying with us.

Family getaway in Aspen

Beautiful home at a lovely location overlooking the Valley. Only a short drive to Main Street, Aspen. We had a wonderful time! We were there for 6 nights in August. The weather was beautiful and the town was very welcoming. Steven was an excellent host! Thank you!

Perfect Spring Break

House was perfect and just as described. Views from the back of the house are magnificent. The owner was available throughout the trip to answer any questions regarding the house and local area. This is a beautiful estate with the best views of Aspen. The town is 10 minutes away as are the lifts. High ceilings, panoramic views, and luxurious details make this a home you will never want to leave. The kitchen is ready to create whatever family meals you desire, and the backyard is a great place to play in the snow. And yes, Steven is the nicest guy you will encounter on VRBO. Aspen Mountain Estate

Our first visit to Aspen and we couldn't imagine staying at a nicer home. Steve, the owner was a wonderful and attentive host. The home was spacious and immaculate. The views of the mountains were simply gorgeous and we enjoyed eating on the deck. The home is in an ideal location, 5 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to downtown Aspen but with ample privacy and high enough up to get that Mountain feel. We definitely plan on a return visit to Aspen and to this wonderful home. Thanks!

Convenient to all locations in the Roaring Fork Valley

Very comfortable rooms' good kitchen lovely porch outside where you can take in the mountains and the good fresh air of Aspen,Colorado. Steve was pleasant very cooperative and available for any problems which may arise. Our 10 stay in August was wonderful and we would highly recommend this to anybody who's interested in staying in the Aspen area either in the summer or for the great winter skiing.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of five stayed in this beautiful home over the fourth of July. Our stay was for 6 days total and we loved it ! Steve was such a graciously kind host, and very helpful in the many events surrounding Aspen and Snowmass Village over that holiday week. This elegant European designed home was a pleasure to stay and the home sits high on the hillside, with a view to die for. We captured many wonderful photo's from the comfort of the deck. My family and I spent many an evening sitting outside and taking in it's beauty. Morning coffee was a delight as well. Plenty of privacy, and spacious accommodations. Kitchen was a joy to use with all utensils needed for any stay at home dinning. Steve provided his contact number for any 24/7 concerns throughout our stay, but we had none and all was 5 star. The home is elegant in every sense of the word. We truly had a wonderful vacation experience , excellent memories through photos, enjoyable events, met a new friend along the way and plan to visit Aspen again one day.

Stunning

Gorgeous property perched on a mountain side. Spectacular views. Excellent location outside of central Aspen but just a few minutes drive, reasonably priced. Our group doesn't ski but enjoyed a snowmobile tour and beautiful hiking in the area. Very easy check in, hospitable host. Would absolutely stay here again.

OMG! What A House, Amazing Views & Owner is a Gem!

Just book it! we loved it and Aspen! The views from every room are to accommodated my rental within hours of my other booking canceling on me and was in Maui. This home is so much nicer then photos, 15 die for, windows galore, house is new, immaculate, has everything and perfect for two families if needed. Much larger then it appears. Steve minutes from downtown Aspen, so private and safe. we are re booking for next year. I am a very particular renter and have traveled the world I give this place 5 stars! Thank you Steve and Mike!

Great House - Fantastic View

We stayed at this home with 5 adults for 5 nights in early August 2016. Steve met us at the house and showed us all of its features and even provided us a welcome dessert which we throughly enjoyed during our stay. The house is spotless and very well maintained. The view from the deck is fantastic especially if you enjoy watch planes flying from the airport. Far enough away as not to be a noise issue we could see planes coming and leaving the Aspen airport from above! We wanted to enjoy the view so much we grilled dinner each night on the deck. The kitchen is well supplied making dinner prep very easy. We hope to return soon.

Loved, loved loved it!!! What a beautiful home.

We absolutely had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It had the most magnificent views ever. If you are looking for a home to relax in and enjoy nature, this is it. The house was more than comfortable. The kitchen very well equipped. Our family of four had more than ample room. Very cozy family room with fireplace. The location was great for us. It is 15 minutes to Aspen or Snowmass which are both fun places to visit and hang out. Steve was a wonderful and helpful host. He is a plethora of information. We look forward to coming back in the summer sometime. Great memories and highly recommend this home to everyone.

Aspen Delight

Family of eight were so delighted with this home. Cheerful, Bright and Beautiful with spectacular views from all living spaces. Kitchen was perfect with everything necessary for food preparation and service. We were comfortable and relaxed as we explored the area, entertained local relatives, and enjoyed five days with our sons and daughters all in celebration of Son's Aspen wedding. Steven was easy to work with, honest, and extremely accommodating. The home suited our needs and will always be part of our fondest memories of ASPEN.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this lovely home which overlooks some of the most outstanding mountain views in Aspen. Kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and living room areas are spacious and well kept. Plenty of bathroom space with towels, all appliances are in working order and clean. Plenty of glasses, table wear and great informative magazines for your pleasure. We would most certainly rent this home again. Steven was a great host, welcoming us when we arrived and helpful if we had any questions.

Wonderful Fourth of July week

Our family of five stayed in Steve's magnificent home for 1 week this summer. Steve was extremely helpful in arranging the rental, assuring us good directions to the house, and making us comfortable and knowledgeable once we were there. The views were spectacular, and well away from the hustle and bustle of Aspen and Snowmass Village, but with easy access to both. There was plenty of room for three adult children to stretch out in the basement and the home offered any amenity one could possibly want. It was a great week for our family, and we hope to be back in the winter sometime!
