Great location felt safe and secure. Parking is a plus and can walk everywhere which our party did appreciate.Unfortunately the condo beautiful on the inside and felt very clean ,did have some issues during our stay. First my husband fell walking into the condo due to rugs being placed on tile with no securities. We were looking forward to a hot shower after a four hour drive but unfortunately showers in the master and the middle room never got hot and fluctuated between warm and ice cold with not enough pressure to wash my hair the whole visit! The towels provided smelled moldy after one use. My biggest issue was the bed it was a very uncomfortable mattress and didn't have a goods night sleep the entire stay. Also with the close proximity to all the bars and restaurants and the condo being outside a busy street, the first night we stayed on a Saturday it felt like we were on top of a nightclub music blasting till 3am. The street sounds and traffic at all hours would not be ideal for light sleepers. But it is the tradeoff to be so close to everything.

Family trip with 20something year old kids over New Years

Location, location, location! Driving and parking a larger vehicle can be quite stressful in CR. We parked our vehicle at this beautiful condo and did not drive throughout our stay. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The gorgeous and fun Tamarindo beach is a short walk. Tons of dining and shopping is also a short walk away. Our first day there it rained, we went into the ocean anyway, it was the perfect temperature. No towel needed when we got out of the water. The second day was sunny. The waves were so fun, we body surfed and also rented surf boards. Many places offer surf lessons. It is a very popular beach so you have to stay alert of new surfers coming your way- but it was worth it. We had intended on cooking more meals at the condo but there was so much dining close by, we had most of our meals out. We did cook breakfast at the condo. We were able to buy eggs, cheese and bread at a market nearby. The condo has a pool which we enjoyed. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room for there to be private space and the common spaces were very comnfortable. The heavy duty plenty was put to use on a daily basis making delicous tropical beverages. We were there on New Years Eve, the beach was alive and fun at midnight- there was dancing and fireworks. The management group for the condo was excellent, Ericka and Veronica- replied promptly and were very hellpful with any questions we had.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location to walk to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. We had a great stay. This 3 BR/3 Bath condo was beautiful and spacious. We would def stay there again.
