Breakfast was not great images of the hotel need updating close to everything can walk to Icon park, no facilities to get showered for a late flight.

Dirty rooms but nice staff

Staff members were nice and friendly. However the rooms were very poorly cleaned. We found a dead roach in the bathroom tub and poop in the walls under the dinner table in the room. The pool was nice but the beds were very ran down. We wanted to shorten our trip due to the poor conditions of our room.

Good Value

This is an independent hotel bookable through Vrbo. There is a 24/7 front desk and you can expect pretty much standard hotel amenities like a pool, free breakfast, room service, towels, fitness center, etc. It's priced well compared to other hotels in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

You get what you play for

Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was terrible. Breakfast was not bad, but walking distance to Dennys or Ihop restaurant. Overall good stay...would stay again

You get what you pay for

I will say right from the start, if you are going to universal and want something cheap and close to the parks than that is for you.Besides that, staff was very nice but that’s about all i could say was good. My room was pretty dirty, saw 2 cockroaches in our room, the tub was rusting at the bottom.and shower was basically broken.You get what you paid for and unless you need a cheap stay, i wouldn’t put this high on my list.You do have a Wawa across street so that’s a bonus

Breakfast was poor food bins constantly empty house keeping was every other day which is completely fine but never left enough towels when exchanged and always left our door open not latched when they were there! FOR THE MOST PART

It was not bad. ALL OF THE ELEVATORS DID NOT WORK. DURING BREAKFAST TIME NO MORE FOOD IS PUT OUT SO YOU EITHER WAKE UP EXTRA EARLY OR GET BREAKFAST ELSEWHERE. IN THE BEDROOM, IT WAS COMFORTABLE FOR 3 ADULTS (2 QUEEN BEDS) NO MICROWAVE. DOES HAVE FRIDGE. OVERALL IT WAS OKAY.

Free Shuttle

Check in took a long time, and TV was set up weird. They replaced TV right away. Was a great price, free shuttle to Universal Studios, and food was ok but minimal. Would stay again in future for visiting Universal.

Grand Orlando hotel is the actual name

The hotel stay was good overall. No vegan options in the breakfast, charged me for extra for stuff which I didn’t use. Rooms were clean and comfy. Gym was under maintenance and washing was chargeable.

Bad customer service. Was told different answers from everyone. Room was musky and moldy. Dehumidifier in the room already shows they’re aware of the problem. Towels stained, shower drenches the floor, fridge not working.

Bugs on bed can spoil your stay

After check in we were given a map for the room location on the 4th floor. We were inform to take the elevator although there were clear signs Out of Order. After returning to front desk and being assigned a new room on the first floor. My wife took a shower and then tried to arrange the bed sheets and notice some type of bugs. DONT COME

Check in process took 2 hours only to get keys to 2 separate rooms that were occupied. We walked in on people in the middle of the night! Then, when we finally arrived to our third room which was unoccupied, there was a cockroach in the middle of the floor. Absolutely horrible experience.

Cheap price clean rooms

From start to finish my experience at this place was great. He king in was easy and quick, had plenty of trip ideas for me and my son, the room was clean and taken care of. Room service helped us daily and cleaned the room. How anybody could give this place a bad review is insane. I was worried after reading reviews but this place went above and beyond.

Orlando stay

We arrived to check in and their computers were down so it took over an hour after a long travel day to check in. It was very frustrating to say the least. The room overall wasn’t bad. The breakfast wasn’t very good barely edible. We only ate breakfast twice in our 8 day stay. Pool was overrun with kids almost continuously the whole time we were there.

Would not recommend . DEFF get what you pay for hotel, website makes it look much better then actually is. , internet sucked, breakfast was horrible, room was never vacuumed, check in took forever as only one person working with 5 people in line. Had to call house keeping to clean. Pool was freezing.
