Beautiful Townhome 0.2 Miles to Downtown AU! Sleeps 8!

The perfect game day location! This beautifully renovated unit has a huge deck with brand new furniture and grill, open layout, plenty of parking, and is walking distance to EVERYTHING Auburn has to offer! The upstairs offers two newly furnished bedrooms and another gorgeous brand-new bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. This unit is pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit.

Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

Townhouse in excellent central location in Auburn

A little slice of Auburn

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was cozy, comfortable and close to downtown. Everything was perfect and I loved all the little Auburn details! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay

We came with friends to watch EKU baseball team play Auburn for the weekend. The pace was a beautiful walk through campus to the baseball field and close to great restaurants.

Stayed for a Wedding

We had a fabulous stay at Amanda's place! We had a large group so we rented both of the townhouses that share the giant porch. First, Amanda was so responsive and easy to work with! She got the discount for renting both set up really quickly, and then when we wanted to change one of the houses to having an extra night, she set that up for us too and made it really easy. We had one house Thursday thru Sunday, and the other Friday thru Sunday. She let us have get into the Friday one super early in the day because there was no one in it which was great. The townhouses were easy to get into and very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space between the two townhouses for a mix of singles and married couples. The shared porch was fabulous, we spent a ton of time hanging out on the porch in the gorgeous weather. The location relative to campus is awesome, everything is walkable which was very enjoyable. Only things to be aware of: there are only 2 parking passes per side which isnt a lot. It's an apartment complex, so that's just what they get. We had a spot around the corner run by a friend where we could park and walk so we didn't get towed. Also, this is right by the train tracks. We all went to school in Auburn so we were used to the train, but just fyi. Lastly, the walls and floors are pretty thin and not very soundproof. All in all, 5 stars, this was the perfect place for a large group of friends to stay during a wedding!

Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Love that they had a filtered water dispenser from the refrigerator. Easy walking distance for my family to get to downtown and nearby playground. Really enjoyed our stay! The front porch was so nice for morning coffee/tea. The train horn is very loud several times each day/night but I’m thankful they have sound machines in each room. Bring your ear plugs and you will be fine! Worth it for the extra space, amenities, relatively peace and quiet neighborhood.

Auburn Basketball Weekend

Amanda's condo was recently renovated, very tasteful finishes and furniture. Very clean and well stocked. We were there for the AU/Tenn basketball game and the condo was a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Communication with wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Great place for a weekend football getaway

We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed the condo. Very clean and accommodating. Everything we needed. Enjoyed the sunrises from the porch and sitting out in the evening. Such a wonderful, tucked away place so close to downtown and campus. We’ll definitely be back!
