Empty ALL items from fridge/pantry & take perishables with you. Water bottles and Sodas can be left in the water cooler in dining room Empty all trash cans thru the house & put in trash can outside

VERY IMPORTANT - Return all items or furniture (inside or out) to its original location. Make sure the dock it left as it was when you arrived & make sure the DOCK LADDER is pulled up out of water

We had a wonderful stay at this relaxing and comfortable house! The host is amazing and great with timely communication! Our family made great memories! Shout out to Jason the pool guy who was very helpful and informative regarding tips for our stay!

3 Couples ( long time friends ) were in Savannah for a Wedding and the house was perfect . Spacious and clean . We enjoyed the pool and outdoor decks and dock . Views overlooking the river were beautiful. Lisa is a great host and responded to our few messages very quickly . Would definitely stay here again .

The house was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was clean. Floats for the pool provided. Kayaks for use on the river was great. The host responded promptly to my texts. Would definitely stay again.

Sandra and her guest stayed for eight days and were wonderful to host. They were respectful of the property, communicated well, and left the house in great condition. They cleaned up thoroughly before departure, making turnover very easy. I would gladly host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.

We had an amazing time. Lisa, the host is an excellent communicator and was there for any needs we had. The home is truly beautiful and so well decorated. The beds are soft and the bedding is so comfortable. 2 master bedrooms was nice for our in-laws. We saw dolphins out back everyday. We caught a bucket full of crab off the dock, speckled trout and some alligator gar. Home is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Not a bad drive to Tybee Island. We would definitely stay here again! Can’t beat seeing the water everyday. Plenty of parking space.

Well appointed, super clean house. Everything mirrors the online images but it is better in person. It was our first visit to Savanna so we were so happy we chose this wonderful place to stay in. More than met our expectations. We would stay again.Lisa was a great host, was there if we needed her.

We had an outstanding stay at the Moon River house in Savannah. The property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained. The views from the porch and dock were hard to beat, especially in the mornings and evenings. The home was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool, outdoor areas, and waterfront setting made it feel like a private retreat while still being close enough to enjoy Savannah. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Easily one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Moon River house in early March as both of our college age kids were on spring break. The house is as beautiful as in the photos and it’s in a really great location. Downtown Savannah was only 20-25 minutes away, airport was close, as was golf and some great local sites and restaurants. The view from the back deck is amazing. Lisa is a fabulous host, can’t wait to return!

Seven gals from MN stayed for 4 nights and we loved it so much. Lisa was the BEST host ever. We got in early before check in and Lisa had the place ready so we could go right from the airport to the VRBO. It was stocked nicely and she gave us a wonderful welcome gift. This house has everything you can think of for your stay. Owner makes herself available for accommodations or questions. Beautiful views! Beautiful home. Perfect location on the water. Pool kept us cool! Enjoyed fishing. Not far from Tybee. Close to Savannah and good eats. This was our second time staying here. We hope we can go back! Great for a family get away or even for couples! 10/10 recommend. No issues!

A beautiful home in a great location. Incredible views, well appointed, very roomy, and comfortable. I rented this for my out of town guests who were visiting over the New Year's week. They said it was one of the nicest VRBO properties that they have stayed in! I will definitely rent this again the next time out of town guests come to town!

We just got back from an awesome stay at this VRBO and it was the perfect family getaway. The house is huge, in great condition and super clean. It’s a fantastic spot for a family meetup with plenty of space for everyone to hang out without feeling crowded.The neighborhood is beautiful and felt really safe, and it was super easy to get around and explore everything Savannah has to offer. The house itself is also loaded with great amenities that made our stay even better. Our host was great and super helpful and welcoming! a total rockstar. We had the best time and will definitely be back next time we're in Savannah!
