The main floor of the condo is perched high above the Coco Sunset Hills gated community. Enter into the open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Just off the living space is the bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and a 3-piece bathroom. Enjoy ocean views from both the living room and bedroom. Head upstairs to the spacious rooftop terrace with a covered seating area, lounge chairs, a BBQ and mini-fridge, and a combination washer/dryer. The condo comes equipped with all linens including beach towels, bath towels, and bedding. There is wifi throughout the condo, as well as in the common pool areas.

Please note that with rooftop views comes a bit of a climb. This unit is accessed via a staircase and is, unfortunately, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping, and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach.
