Magnificent 130 m2 in a very central and very quiet location

Our apartment is fantastically large with 2 large living terraces on the top floor. Only 800m each from the ski slopes and the center. An apartment to feel good. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 very large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom). Each bedroom has to store 2 beds of 90cm wide and ample space, the clothes. One room has a direct access to a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The second Bathroom has a douche and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, plates, etc. Knife. Of course, our apartment also WLAN.
The apartment is rented from 4 days. Longer periods, eg., 1 month you can be requested from us.

We had a wonderful stay in this top-floor apartment with our family (including our 3 teenagers/young adults). The communication with the host was very clear and friendly. Everything you need is included in the apartment, even fun board games to enjoy together. The covered balcony is just wonderful to spend any meal you like while enjoying a magnificent view and the sound of birds. The town center is in walking distance, and so are hiking trails and a local lake where you can swim. Great place!

Garmisc vacation

This was a great property and awesome stay. it is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to farms, and great views of the Alps. it is also a short walk to town and some hiking trails near the Partnacklam , Olympic Stadium and Hauptbahnhof. Two things to take note . We were unaware of the city tax of three euros a day per person until about a week prior and one of the rooms has low ceiling clearance, although was not a problem. Overall six adults felt very comfortable with plenty of room in there. Really enjoyed the stay. It would be worth staying in this property again..

Leider nicht so wie erwartet

Der Check in gestaltete sich schwierig, da der Wohnungsschlüssel "ungewöhnlich" deponiert war und zum Glück eine hilfsbereite Nachbarin den entscheidenden Hinweis gab, wo sich der Schlüssel befindet. In der Wohnung stellten sich dann nach und nach optische Mängel heraus, weiterhin war feststellbar, dass das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen war (durchgesessen Stühle, herausgebrochene Zierblende unter dem Waschbecken und aus der Halterung gebrochene Seifenschale im Bad, Teppiche verschossen, abgefallene Teppichsockel). Küchenutensilien und Besteck waren nicht sauber, teilweise befanden sich noch Speisereste daran. Mit der Vermieterin wurde Kontakt aufgenommen, damit für nachfolgende Mieter Abhilfe geschaffen wird. Man traf bei ihr auf Verständnis und ein offenes Ohr. Vermutlich wird sie Entsprechendes in die Wege leiten. Unumstritten wunderbar ist die Lage der Wohnung mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Weiterhin ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz natürlich ein Pluspunkt. Dies alleine rechtfertigte allerdings, auch für Garmisch-Partenkirchen, nicht den verhältnismäßig hohen Mietpreis.

Toller Urlaub in den Bergen

Es war ein toller Urlaub, sehr komfortable Wohnung mit viel Platz. Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage. Auch mit Kindern viel in der Umgebung zum unternehmen. Und dazu ein sehr netter Kontakt, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind für eine Woche in Garmisch und haben die sehr ruhige Lage und den großen Balkon zum Essen, Lesen, Chillen sehr genossrn. Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Einziges Manko ist das sehr kleine dritte Zimmer, für Kinder bis 1 m ok, aber für Jugendliche oder Erwachsene viel zu niedrig. Unser 25jähriger Sohn verglich es mit einer Besenkammer. Durch Umstellen eines Bettes konnte es aber zumindest für eine Person als Schlafstätte gelöst werden. Sonst war alles perfekt!

Super toller Pfingsturlaub

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles da, was man in einem Haushalt alles so braucht. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen genialen Blick auf die Alp-und Zugspitze. Wir hatten die ganze Woche Sonnenschein und konnten sehr viel unternehmen. Ein Traum.

Wanderurlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie hat eine super Lage, so dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für diesen Urlaub kann das Auto stehen bleiben, da vom Haus aus die Wanderungen beginnen können. Selbst die Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch für das Abendprogramm (verschiedene Spiele) ist gesorgt. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen.

Comfortabel, ruim huis

Ruim, comfortabel huis, op loopafstand van het centrum en redelijk dicht bij de pistes. De keuken was goed voorzien. De bedden lagen prima maar de dekbedden wat aan de lichte kant. In de winter is het aan te raden om een warme pyama mee te nemen. Aan degene die erg gehecht zijn aan een eigen kussen is ook aan te raden om dat zelf mee te nemen. De communicatie was soms wat verwarrend, soms via de mail, soms via de VRBO app. Overall een prima ruim huis voor zes volwassenen.p

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem Balkonen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Trotzdem ist der Ortskern von Garmisch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. 2 Bäder und 3 große Schlafzimmer ermöglichen erholsamen Aufenthalt für 2 Paare und Kinder. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Highlight war für uns der große überdachte Balkon mit Blick auf Alp- und Zugspitze.

Great property in a great location!

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property is close to the train station, near the downtown, in a quiet neighborhood near walking and biking trails, and has great amenities such as a full kitchen and access to a washer and dryer. We stayed for 11 days with family and had a wonderful time!

Hele mooie appartement. Rustige omgeving. Dicht bij de skilift en dicht bij het stadje. Heel gezellig. Alleen min punt we waren met 5 volwassenen. De zit plek. Was niet voor 5 personen plek. Jammer. Verder was er alles.
