Good Condo, but Property needs work

The condo itself was average. Pros- beds were comfortable, nice view of ocean, updated appliances in kitchen. Cons- minor repairs needed throughout the unit (door stoppers hanging off the wall, paint, etc.), pots/pans in kitchen should be replaced, living room furniture is old. Outside entry way needs a lot of work, it’s damp and dirty. The overall property is very worn down. The hot tub has algae growing and a long term resident said that’s the cleanest it’s been in 3 years. There is carpeting on all main walkways that looks very old and damp, the wood flooring underneath feels soft. Siding on property is old. The pool was good, it looked clean. Chairs around the pool are a safety hazard. A family member cut their shin on the base of one of the chairs.
