BEL'ORIZONTE - Two rooms near the sea (T)

Ideally located just a short walk from city centre Propriano and the nearest beaches, this modern and cosy apartment is fully equipped to ensure you have a pleasant holiday and all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay.

It consists of:
A cosy main room with an open-concept kitchen and living room.
An elegant bedroom with a double bed, tasteful decor, and direct access to the terrace.
A second bedroom with a double bed, spacious and comfortable (no window).
A bathroom with a shower.
A separate toilet.

The terrace, also accessible from the living room, is furnished with a dining table, patio furniture, and a griddle, all complemented by a beautiful ocean view.


For your comfort:
- Beds made upon arrival (excluding the sofa bed and bunk beds)

- End-of-stay cleaning (however, we ask that you put any moved furniture back in place, empty the trash, and wash and put away the dishes. Failure to do so may result in a €100 deduction from your security deposit)

Practical information
Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of €700 via credit card authorisation and pay the tourist tax if it has not already been paid at the time of booking.
Pets and parties are not permitted to ensure the peace and quiet of the premises.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM at the agency, and check-out is by 10:00 AM directly at the apartment. Self-check-in and self-check-out outside these hours can be arranged upon request.
