Has its own self contained facilities of a Kitchen, Living/Dining area, Balcony, A/C & hot/cold water shower. Great Central location in the Liguanea area! Walking distance from Sovereign Centre. Near to Bob Marley Museum & Hope Zoo. Conveniently located near to many restaurants and bars such as such TGIF, Starbucks, Burger King, Subway, Chillitos Mexican Grill and several supermarkets & gyms and also a Cinema.

Recently refurbished, contemporary styled apartment. There is a small working elevator on the block to carry you to the apartment. The apartment is Air Conditioned in both Bedrooms with a hot/cold Shower; Kitchen with utensils, microwave stove and fridge; Living/Dining area with Smart TV that can connect to Netflix etc; Also has a comfortable balcony, if you want a break from the indoors for some fresh air! Wifi is also available at your disposal. Complementary Jamaican Tea and Blue Mountain Coffee available for your morning perk up! Please enjoy your stay, it will be comfortable!

The property is very safe and just a 5 minute drive from shopping and the Bob Marley Museum. Mr Standford is a wonderful host responds quickly and is there for you if you need him The apartment is quite large and equipped for your stay so if you are visiting Kingston please consider this property It is also very affordable

The grounds were very well kept and gated community ! The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. He showed up at our arrival and showed us the rental ,locks and parking. He gave very good directions and information prior to our arrival, which made it very easy to find and took away the stress of finding the property in an area I have never been it was very comforting and appreciated

Kingston Work Project

We had work at a local facility so we were not looking for a high end place. The accommodations worked well for us and were were close enough to where we working and local restaurants. We did get put into a different place then originally booked online but was still in the same complex.

Our experience was great! Our host Stanford was exceptional! Always ready with answers and very accomodating. The property is clean with modern conveniences, secure and located within walking distance of shopping areas giving easy access to the mall, dining, etc. There are quite a few attractions nearby such as Devon House and the Bob Marley Museum. Taxis are easily accessible. This property will be highly recommended for affordability, ease of access and security.

Why they chose this property

Crystal Towers is a gated secure apartment complex, with approximately 40 apartments on two high rise buildings. The property is centrally located between New Kingston, Liguanea and Barbican business districts; and the country's main business district Downtown Kingston and Cross Roads.

The property is approximately 30 minutes drive away from the Norman Manley Airport and 15 minutes to the Downtown Kingston Waterfront you may view (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idEM8jCG_ls) or (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPnkJnoHBiM). The complex has nice outside green areas and secure parking.

The complex is across from the Police High Commission Office. Also of interest to note The Prime Minister official residence 5 away and the US Embassy is 7 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is also close to both the regional and national universities, namely the University of the West Indies and the University of Technology, Jamaica. And 10 minutes to the University Hospital of the West Indies (with 579 beds) and 15 minutes to the Bustamante Hospital for Children (283 beds). Both hospitals are available to the general public, however, there is a private wing at the University Hospital.

Lovely hill adventures await you just 25 minutes to Cafe Blue, Irish Town, and 45 minutes to the cool Holywell Park. The Bob Marley Beach (45 minutes away), in the east, and Hellshire Beach (60 minutes away), in the west. There is also the private Rockfort Mineral Bath (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STe5lRAWEjA), about 20 minutes away.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and an outdoor balcony. All the walls and ceiling are concrete and free of mood. The apartment is naturally cool and has two air condition units in the bedrooms. There is a washing machine and retractable clothing lines on the balcony.

The apartment is very comfortable, relaxing and private.

What makes this property unique

Ideal for persons who want to do business in Kingston or visiting the university campuses or the university hospital. Great for persons interested in the night party life of the city and ideal for nature adventures.

An most of all it is ideal for a private and relaxing getaway for the stress of life for a few days.
