Wasn’t expecting the condition of neighborhood but the house was fine. No air conditioner vent in downstairs bathroom made it very cold in there. Overall was fine though.

New Albany is such a cute town and great for walking to fun shops and restaurants. We also went to a concert in Louisville. The home has been flipped and was not done with care. It’s obviously been a rental. Many scratches, dings, couch was flat, broken chairs, plastic covering on mattresses was unnerving and annoying. The door code didn’t work several times, The dishwasher wouldn’t work. Hand towels looked dirty. Room for improvement but met our needs.

We had a great stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything was so convenient—easy walk to the river, downtown, and Mansion Mile, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and enjoyable without needing to drive everywhere. Plus, being just about a 15-minute drive to Louisville was a huge bonus. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. You can tell care has been put into making it a welcoming spot.Honestly, we could have used a longer stay—it went by too fast. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Perfect Location

The setup of the home and location were perfect for our needs - the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the floors we needed; great parking options that made us feel safe; a nice backyard that worked for our family, and a two-minute drive to the church for all of the wedding festivities.
