This luxurious vacation home has its own swimming pool and treats you to a magnificent view. It is located on the outskirts of Brantôme, a busy medieval town on the river Dronne, 20 km north of Périgueux. This tranquil river is ideal for canoe or kayak trips through the Périgord. The 3-hectare property includes a well-kept garden of about 4,000 m² and a raised terrace. Despite the two other houses on the property, you live completely independently. See also the FAD270. The third bathroom has no shower or tub.
