First and foremost it will be an honor for us to host one of our units and share our love for San Diego with you. We invite you to celebrate life and get to know our exquisite city. San Diego is a melting pot of cultures. Your stay is in heart of San Diego. Our apartment is a walking distance from Balboa Park, San Diego Downtown, and Little Italy. Five a minute walk to Hillcrest and a mile far from Airport. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.



The Space:

Modern, luxurious and prime location. All three in one just for you. Open plan, with top of line full size mattress for a great night sleep. Full size bed includes a twin size trundle that can be pulled out from under the bed for extra sleeping space. Chic Boutique furniture and accessories that have been hand-picked especially for each unit’s needs. Inspired by a pronounced interior designer from our sunny San Diego. Also including a futon for extra living or sleeping space. The natural light in the unit is astonishing. Of course, if you prefer shade, we do have faux wood blinds that you can adjust to your liking. Kitchen has a full-size stove with a microwave and a fridge. Includes all dishware for up to four guests and dishwasher. Also includes a set of pots and pans and general cooking utensils. An electric kettle is also included. Everything you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home.



The Neighborhood:

We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St in San Diego. Right across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

San Diego International Airport

Seaport Village,

Little Italy,

Gaslamp Quarter,

and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is couple miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.

Paid parking garage available at the premises. The all day charge is $20.00. Please ask for limited availability
